Just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service, the product arrived within 2 days of ordering.
The product is also really good! It is a nice change to actually deal with a professional company - a rare thing these days. I would 100% order again.

I haven't had a great experience with Seconds Out, I ordered on 28/02 and did not receive until 09/03 despite method being '24 hour tracked'. Before my order arrived, I received a delivery fee slip from Royal Mail that stated 'Sender did not pay full postage', I had to pay a further £3.50 for Royal Mail to deliver, after already paying £3.99 postage at time of ordering.
I have tried to get in touch with Seconds Out, but have not received a response and have since had to send another message in attempt to get my delivery fee refunded.
