Sealed Units Direct Recensioni

Easy to order sealed units online. Competitive price. Great service from Vicky and delivered safely ahead of expected lead time.

Very quick service. Vicky kept me informed right through the manufacturing process and delivery

I recently ordered a number of replacement sealed units from Sealed Units Direct and I'm more than happy with the service provided.
The online ordering process is extremely straightforward although I did make an error on the measurements of one of the units which the sales dept helped me remedy over the phone.
Delivery was made within the timeframe given and a delivery date supplied. The driver was extremely efficient and phoned to inform me of his impending arrival.
A special shout out to Vicky in the sales dept who very kindly helped me address the measurement error I made on one of the units and I will definitely be using them again.

Thank you to Vicky and the delivery team. We ordered a sealed unit as an existing unit had blown. The order process and providing measurements was easy. Price was very reasonable and delivery was well organised.

Ordered a replacement glass panel after finding Sealed Units Direct searching Google.
Received a conformation email of my order once I submitted the order.
I was informed of progress and a delivery date & all received in under 10 working days !
Thank you to Vicky & the team for a great service !

Great service and very easy to deal with. Got the units in less than two weeks and quality seems to be good.
Good communications from Vicky and appreciated the call to let me know of deliver date and time (rough time).

The website is very easy to use, the prices are extremely competitive. The communication about the order and the delivery was excellent. Vicky phoned to give me all the delivery information the day before the delivery, which went very smoothly. I will definitely be using them again.

I had been dealing with a separate company who have the last word of this companies name different, they cracked 4 of the 14 panels I bought from them on the delivery van. They also took almost a month to deliver.

This company was so refreshing to deal with! Super fast delivery, great quality units and carefully hand delivered.

I wish that you guys wrapped the edges of the glass with tape, that's my only comment. Please do!
