Efficient, professional service
I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions. The service I have received was always spot on with an attention to detail second to none from professional staff who know what they are doing to make sure my delivery is received as requested. Shipping has been made to me in Turkey and received exactly within the timescale I was advised. Five star service and will definitely use them again. Reassuring when dealing with a company from abroad.

Excellent service - catered for my needs amazingly
I phoned up around mid-day and whoever it was I spoke to was very helpful in helping me choose the correct product and advising of lead times. I then phoned up at around 15.30 asking if it was possible to get delivery by Monday and she advised me if I placed it there and then it would get to me in time…I placed the order and 8 mins after the confirmation email came through, another email came through confirming it was dispatched. They upgraded me to Saturday delivery free of charge. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Superb service
I was let down for Clearfix by another supplier - waited five weeks, chased several times but no goods, ordered from Sealantsandtoolsdirect, advised within 24 hours that goods had been dispatched and they duly arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Excellent services, lovely people, highly recommend particularly during current conditions. Amazing and will certainly use again.

AVOID. Placed an order with items in stock. Received an email saying been despatched. Never received the items. Phoned to chase only to be told no stock available and they had left a message and emailed me which is both false. The items still show in stock as well. AVOID
