The delivery was made on the date promised. The delivery crew were very professional, polite and friendly. The furniture was pristine. A very good experience overall.

Rewarding shopping experience
I visited the Wrexham store where I was greeted by a very helpful salesman, I outlined my requirements visa vis a replacement for an ageing 2 seater sofa and a recliner chair. After he showed me some options I settled on a Reubens corner unit and went home armed with the details and how to access the exact measurements on line. I returned to the store a week later and the same salesman assisted me again with the final selection and purchase of a the corner recliner sofa set, the salesman's attention and help in the process was really rewarding.

Have had problems with my furniture…
Have had problems with my furniture since received, have been back to store on many occasions only to be told by the manager ( been a few of). They were going to get a ombudsman to get intouch. Another year later and still nothing, will never use this company again total waste of money. Buyers be aware

Lest to browse
The girls that attended to us did a great job we were left to browse and not feel under any pressure when we asked them how to order the girls offered us tea and went through the paperwork.
We would have given them 5stars but the store Manager had gone to another store and the girls had trouble getting into the system has the store Manager had the password but they overcame this on their own tables.
Well done girls it was a pleasure.

Excellent experience
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. In the store we were not rushed into choosing the sofa and chairs so were able to take our time in ensuring that we chose the best ones suitable for our needs. The furniture was delivered 3 weeks before we expected it. Received emails with a date of when furniture was due into distribution centre; confirmation of delivery date and further details of delivery slot; more detailed timings; on the day, the time of delivery and a link to track the crew. A 'phone call an hour before delivery of our new furniture - excellent service. The furniture was delivered by Shaun and Andy who were both friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional - a credit to SCS.

Just a visit...
We called in at SCS just to start looking at sofas and ended up buying one on the spot. No pressure, very helpful, large selection and some offers. Very happy, and even more so that we didn't go trolling thru more shops.

Aurora sofa
Shaun and Andy did a great job with my sofa delivery They kept me informed on delivery time. When they arrived they were both very friendly and polite. They were respectful of my property and put my sofa in place unwrapping it and taking away all the packaging.
I'm really happy with my sofa. It's comfortable and looks great.

Excellent friendly customer service

Can’t fault our service
Can’t fault our service, Mark and Dean are extremely helpful. Slight hiccups getting a delivery date sorted but once we had one scheduled there were no issues. Fab communication from them through the process and helping us get the sofa in the correct spots without any issues. Can’t fault them at all

Fantastic service and delivery
I cannot fault anything about the whole process. From the showroom staff to delivery everything was faultless.
We had notifications along route, with updated timings.
Matt and Neil were very professional, efficient and friendly. Two really nice guys. (Even though one was an Everton supporter). They did such a good job we could overlook that.
A few delays with delivery but that was out of anyone’s control.
Really impressed. 😊
