Split delivery
The delivery was several weeks early from original date estimated when ordering. We were not warned that there might be a split delivery, which has happened. We agreed to accept this situation as we needed something to sit on. On phoning ScS we are now told that the balance of the order could be nearly two weeks away, having been told that it would be one week when agreeing to accept the split delivery. Just wondering why you expect people to accept partial delivery.

Very pleased with their services today, with an overall excellent customer service. Most in particular with the sales rep-SARB who attended to us today, he was quite patient to talk us through their products and made sure we got exactly what suits our house.

Great service good delivery despite no gliders being sent with the sofa /chair which was disappointing otherwise delivery was good
