We visited SCS Thurrock to look at sofas and spent around two hours trying to decide which one was right for us. Throughout the whole time, the sales advisor was absolutely brilliant. (I'm terrible for remembering names, I think his name was Zee)

He was incredibly patient and helpful, answered all of our questions and went into great detail when explaining things to us. On a couple of occasions, we raised questions that he said were really good points and that he would take back to his next training meeting, which showed us that he genuinely valued our feedback.

We measured, remeasured and measured again, and he was happy to take the time to help us make sure we were choosing the right sofa for our space. He was friendly, approachable and offered us refreshments.

Most importantly, from the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left, we never once felt pressured into making a purchase. We were given the time and space to make our own decision, and although we ultimately did purchase a sofa, it was because we were confident it was the right choice for us.

We honestly couldn't fault the sales team or the service we received. The whole experience was relaxed, professional and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the sales advisor for making what could have been a difficult decision so much easier. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

Ridiculous . No communication.

All very good but astonishing that poltronesofa don’t provide fabric samples either in store or on line. I don’t even mind paying for one. Its difficult to match other furnishings without a sample

The choice and price of sofas was very competitive and the quality is good.

Nice helpful. Not pushy staff. We dealt with Cliff who was very understanding and honest. His colleague Ukeme was also very helpful in providing photos of all swivel chairs to help us decide on amending our order.

Great service in the showroom. The salesman (Ukeme) knew his product well and was able to give useful and constructive assistance. Can't comment on product as waiting for delivery.

Sofa delivered on time so all good there. The care pack was not delivered however. We have asked the showroom to contact the warehouse but have not heard back as to how and when we might receive it.
