We were kept informed about the delivery . The men delivered on time, were polite and helpful and unpacked the sofas for us.

Was able to create my perfect sofa in the most gorgeous fabric I've ever seen. Delivery was a week earlier than expected and easy to track throughout, drivers communicated regularly and the entire experience was seamless.

Delivery was quick,love that I could track them on their route.guys brought the sofa in no problem assembled and cleaned up with in a matter of 15 minutes

Received an email and text the night before delivery with a 5 hour time slot. Received another email before 7am on day of delivery with a link to track the drivers and with a closer time slot and a phone call when they were on their way. Perfect handoff and we’re only in my home for 15 minutes building my new sofa.

Went the lakeside store..was served by Zee..he was the most helpful..polite..patient salesperson..we were offered a cup of tea and bottled water..which was much appreciated..I choice of sofa's was exceptional..hence to say we get our new sofa October.

Delivery was an hour earlier which was great the young man was a wiz at setting up the sofas and situation them where wanted them he also tested all recliners to make sure they were working OK.
The sofas themselves are comfy but hard to get use to for my hubby who can't sit sill feet up feet down sit in slouch etc haha all in all we are happy and I find them very comfy as I have issues with my vack so these are perfect for me it was were waiting three months for them to be delivered

Excellent service we had been to dfs prior to our visit and the sales staff were disinterested. Here we they were very helpful, not pushy just as service should be. Ukeme the main salesman was first class.

Delivery was bang on-time as per their txt messages. 2 very helpful operators who quickly assembled our furniture and positioned it exactly as we required.

Went into the showroom to see if what we liked online measured up - it did and there was no pressure at all from the sales team to make an instant decision. Delivery time frame was explained and furniture was actually ready for delivery a week before the expected date. This worked well for us and the delivery team were great too - kept us updated on arrival time. Spot on service all round.

The sofa is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I love it! The delivery was smooth and efficient, and the two gentlemen who delivered it were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Overall we had a very good experience from ordering in store to being advised of delivery date. The team delivering and installing suite were excellent. The only downside was the tracking system which advised delivery between 2.50 and 3.20 and didn’t refresh. At 5.00 I rang for an update which wasn’t forthcoming other than to say delivery was still scheduled. It arrived at 7.30. Very pleased with suite, poor communication was disappointing.

The sales people on the floor were very helpful and efficient .
However when spending vast amounts on furniture l found it inexplicable that you are not able to provide a small of the fabric selected. I have had to revisit the store several times with my own mood boards to ensure colour pallet selection for other items is working. You should once order is placed be able to supply a small swatch of fabric, even if charged and sent from HO. This is a huge non decision maker when purchasing .
