The two gentlemen who delivered the sofas service was outstanding and satisfactory

Store experience was very good. The salesman “Mo” was great and very helpful. Very nice fella too. The range of products and finishes was extensive and we were very pleased with the price.

The representations made by the salesperson in the shop were that delivery will be quick. only after we paid and were sent the paperwork, we saw delivery is 4 months away. Tried calling the shop, no one cares.

Was greeted at the door by Mo Watford branch and explained the concept and told us to have a look round and try out the sofas. His colleague then joined us but I can’t remember his name. Explained that each sofa is made to order and bespoke to us. Both were very professional and made us feel relaxed and there was no pressure sales. To be honest we didn’t need the pressure sale as the sofas and quality sold themselves.

We were left alone to check sofa's out but felt we could ask questions when required. The sales rep presented us with options with colour and design of the sofa we chose. Also he confirmed that everything was correct with a senior colleague. He also offered us cold fresh water which was very welcome on a very hot day we visited.

Service was okay, but nothing amazing no explanation on how to use the care kit, just a box with an Allen key left no receipt or anything else left.

Mo who helped us was friendly and polite.

People that greeted us were very friendly and when we had decided they were very helpful and efficient

Very pleased with the service we received by Mo we had researched on line so I new what we wanted but we asked Mo to show us other furniture and fabrics just to see if there was anything else that we would have preferred nothing was too much trouble for him can’t wait now for the delivery.

Our visit to Poltronesofa, Watford was a great experience. We were met at the entrance of the store by two very smartly dressed employees, they were very welcoming. Their approach was to offer their advice if we required it, we wandered around without any pressure to buy. Their advice was helpful and honest. We were impressed by the layout and quality of the leather furniture.We soon found an ideal combination for our home. We were informed there was a little wait for delivery which was entirely reasonable. The deposit and credit agreement was professionally managed.
Delivery arrived on time, Phil and Dean installed the furniture in a friendly and professional manner. We are delighted with the look and quality of our furniture, which included a leather care kit free of charge. Thank you team 😊
