Staff were helpful, friendly, not at all pushy and made nice coffee. Delivery was made exactly as arranged.

The delivery driver brought the wrong chair into our house initially which, having waited for some time for the item worried us slightly. However upon pointing out the error, the delivery driver rectified the problem by bringing in the correct chair. Now sitting comfortably.

Men that delivered it were very good,shame one sofa was the wrong colour and screws were missing

The staff were very attentive and helpful during our visit to the store. However, at no point were we made aware that some of the fabrics had an increased cost. There was no mention on the label advertising the price of the sofa and no alert on the fabric samples that it could cost us more. We only found out when we queried the cost as the order was being processed.

Really well managed! From the experience in the store to the processing of the order. Then tracking and updating regarding the delivery. The guys also had to disassemble the sofa in order to get it to the upper floor and reassemble it again. No damage done, good manners, great speed! Very happy with this company!
