When the couch was delivered there was a mark on the arm. Delivery drivers first tried to blame it on my floor as it must have been dirty even though it had just been mopped and the couch hadn't been turned upside down. Then they gave me a cleaning kit and told me to clean it. You should not be expected to clean stains off a newly delivered sofa. The couch has a console which they didn't plug in and we have looked but can't see where the cables go. One arm also seems loose as you can move it unlike the opposite arm. The delivery men weren't interested they just wanted a signature so they could leave. We now have a couch we can't and dare not use while we wait for a response from the online form we had to fill in as it's almost impossible to talk to a person. Basically I'm very disappointed and angry and definitely won't be buying from Poltronesaofa again especially with current delivery staff.

Very helpful staff in Warrington Poltronesofa store now, but absolutely shocking SCS product and company responsibility for the problems I've had. Leather sofa and chair peeling and clearly substandard after such a short time - I'm still paying for the suite - Castelan insurers say it is nothing to do with them (surprise surprise; don't bother wasting your money on this) and after paying £75 for the privilege of getting SCS to come and inspect it, they say it needs 'relacquering.' What a load of nonsense, have never been recommended that a leather suite needs to be relacquered within two years of purchase to stop it from peeling. Shocking treatment of customers, terrible quality of furniture. Will never use this company again and if thrre was a zero stars option this would still be too good for them in my opinion. Appalling.

The furniture, the customer care at the Warrington store and the extremely efficient delivery process were all excellent. The only problem area was the lack of furniture material swatches which led to repeated visits to the store with carpet samples. This is apparently down to a company policy.

Delivered earlier than the previously advised date, and delivered on time on the day. Both operatives were excellent and fitted the furniture quickly. From when we placed the order everything has been superb, communication was first class, product appears to be first class

We just went in to the Warrington shop to have a look as we had seen the advertisement on tv.the staff were very polite.they Left us to look around.we then saw the one that was on the advertisement and then we asked them to help us.thay explained everything to us.thay never rushed us thay gave Time to have a good look and to use the controls.sfter about 45 minutes we decided it was the one for us

I have purchased a sofa and recliner chair from SCS your former name I live behind the retail park in Howley I have always found the staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable about your furniture I need a new recliner I visited a few other furniture shops and I called into your new store on the Alban retail store to have a browse around an to look at styles and prices the young man I saw on my 1st visit was friendly and helpful I saw a blue recliner chair the salesman said it was also a rocking chair I didn’t try it out because zi had just been the gym and I had a bottle of water in my bag so I had a look in a few other stores an decided I would got back and try out the chair in your store the salesman asked if I needed any help and I asked about buying the chair but in leather he explained about all the different types of leather how they varied in quality price how hard wearing they are I chose a Midnight blue colour and decided to buy it we proceeded to payment and he suggested the 5 yr insurance talked about all the benefits of it so I added that to my purchase he explained about delivery times an that’s it important to be at home on delivery day because storage space is limited but I will definitely be at home awaiting the delivery of my new chair I know it’s going to fit well in my living room an go well with my decor
