I found the broadstairs store very welcoming, the lady that helped us Penny couldn't have done more, we ordered a beautiful sofa and armchair and can't wait for it to arrive, highly recommend.

Having fled from the showroom of a rival company due to the pushy salesman who wouldn’t leave us alone, he provided us with the information we asked for and allowed us the space to look at your products in our own time. Hopefully our new recliner chairs will match his efficiency

Very welcoming salespeople, very knowledgeable. The product virtually sold itself for quality. Chris the salesman in the margate store took his time explaining and showing different variations of what we were looking for. Had to go back for a second visit and order because of the lack of sample colours but, all ok in the end. Would definitely recommend.

Great service

We went into Poltronesofa at WWX Thanet looking for a bed sofa. We straight away spotted what we were looking for with one displayed open and closed so straight away we could see the quality of the build and the ease of converting from sofa to bed and visa versa. The salesman explained how the arms are attached after delivery making it easier to manoeuvre on delivery.
He also showed us the fabrics available (so many to choose from) and explained the delivery waiting time. Very pleased all round.
