Whilst I have been satified with my new suite purchase, I have found interactions with the Telford store frustrating. The telephone is never answered because of staff shortages and answer phone messages are a hit and miss affair as to whether you get a reply.
Our suite was delivered Without the leather care pack and I have not been sucessful in reporting this as again calls not answered.
The salesman who looked after us was really helpful and a delight to work with in choosing our suite as was the manager but the lack of staff must be a real headache for them as they seem rushed off their feet whilst trying to do a good job.
One negative however was the delivery process, the delivery man came into our home and started to photograph the room where the suite was to be placed. When we objected he was NO this has to be done! Well my privacy and security also needs to be respected! Again I've still not been able to report this!

I chose the chair I wanted and Resham assisted me with a matching sofa. The shop has good quality furniture. Resham was lovely, knowledgable about the stock and professional. He offered me a drink whilst he created my orders, which was a nice touch.
All in all a very nice experience, looking forward to delivery of my items.

We went in not sure even if we were buying that day, we were made so welcome and the staff were so friendly and fully knowledgeable and help us find extant we needed. The whole process was enjoyable. The wife loved the fragrance in store too and would love it if you sold it in the shop 😀

The staff levels in store are very low we sat waiting for 20 minutes just to pay balance on our purchase.
This is not what the customer expects or deserves!
The delivery team seem very pressed for time and rushed. I am not happy to be treated as a nuisance and not as a valued customer.

Resham was such a lovely man he was so polite and showed us what we wanted straight away we went in for a sofa bed but I fell in love with a big settee instead and offerd us a lovely cup of coffee, very professional chap

Right from first ordering our sofa and swivel chair, Poltronesofa were very good. The sales guy was good. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and was spot on with the manufacturing lead times to delivery date. We were kept well informed as to when it would be delivered and an accurate time slot was provided. Delivery guys were prompt and helpful and removed all packaging, placing the furniture where it was wanted. The furniture itself, a very comfortable large 2 seater sofa and a matching swivel chair both in a soft brown leather. And all electrically powered reclining. This is the first sofa I can charge my phone from!
Very pleased with them.
Little addendum:
The family all loved it - especially the reclining swivel chair. It plugs in and gets charged up then you can pull out the lead. Quite sensible so there's no flex to get tangled up. This evening me and my wife could hear a bleeping sound. So after checking the fridge, oven, microwave, the TV, the hub, Internet connectivity with smart phones and laptops etc. etc. grovelling on the floor, we realised it was the swivel chair. It beeps when it it needs charging. How we laughed.
Just incase anyone else buys this....

The service overall was perfect sales lady not pushy but extremely helpful first class tracking information with first class timed delivery the delivery guys were absolutely brilliant polite helpful and were a pleasure to have met would highly recommend.

The delivery was great. It was done professionally and every care taken to protect my home.

Good quality settees.
2 settees ordered but they arrived 3 weeks apart.
That took me by surprise a bit.

A very good experience from start to finish. Rahima and Mark were very knowledgeable and helpful in store at Telford, and made ordering simple. Delivery kept us aware of their arrival time and installed the sofa with the minimum of fuss. There was one very minor issue, and that was resolved with a home visit inside a few days. Very happy with it all.
