The salesman listened to our requirements and took us straight to a sofa and chair the right style and colour we were wanting. It then turned out to be half price in the sale and could be delivered within a week. Which was a huge bonus.

All of the three staff there were welcoming and friendly when I came in. I approached Dave about the items I was interested in, as I remembered him from my previous sofa purchase in May. He was informative, patient and lovely to deal with. There's no pressure to purchase which is refreshing compared to some other stores. Thank you!

When the sofa arrived, they brought it into the house, balanced it on its side but did not keep hold of it so it fell, hit the corner of a piece of furniture and scratched the leather. Did not apologise and just said it’s been logged and wait for a phone call

Excellent experience from Poltrone Sofas. My sofa was delivered exactly when I was told it would be and I love it it’s gorgeous. I ordered the Calboli leather sofas (two seater and three seater). Lovely soft leather and so comfortable. The staff in the shop were so helpful and the delivery men were really great. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful. David gave excellent service and was patient in answering queries and showing us samples in daylight. The reason for the 4* review is due to the delivery time.

Helpful professional staff who where available if you needed them but let you spend much time as you liked trying out the sofas without direst sales pressure.

It was lovely to not feel rushed or pressured into buying a sofa. Staff were attentive and helpful with helping us choose our sofa. We went home took measurements and the sofa we originally wanted was to big. The gentleman who seen to us the previous day worked with us to find the right sofa for us.

A fabulous range of stylish, affordable suites . The lady who served us at the Gateshead branch was amazing . No hard sell very understanding to our needs etc. No pressure put on us ( find that really off putting) and a endless amount of patience. She made sure we had the absolute best suited for us
