I am so sorry to see that your initial delivery date was cancelled.
Looking over the notes I can see that there was a delay with your furniture arriving at our Distribution Centre so this needed to be pushed back.
I can appreciate that this must have been frustrating for you and apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused.

My delivery was late but the 2 delivery…
My delivery was late but the 2 delivery men were fabulous. I had to insist they had a cold drink! They really were concentrating on delivering and installing the furniture. They were efficient and extremely courteous.
