I am Italian, therefore I choose poltrone sofa,
I came home after they assembled my sofa and there was no car at all.
I just painted all the walls white and everything is scratched and marked with black.
Even my e trance white door is dirty with hands print of black and I will have to pay to refresh the white colour everywhere again.
So disappointed!

Although I had gone in knowing what I wanted, your agent on the day helped me to come to a decision, but it took rather a long time. Once the choice was made, the financing, delivery and set up were a breeze. Two weeks in and the sofas are still a delight and being admired by family and friends. Thank you

We bought a 3-seat reclining sofa and the product is fantastic - definitely worth the wait. The delivery team themselves were great too.

The only issue was with customer service ahead of the delivery. I called in advance to explain that we have a loading bay and asked if the drivers could park there and call me on arrival, since parking near our property is otherwise impossible. I was on hold for over half an hour, only to be told they could "potentially" leave a note for the drivers - but that it might take up to two working days to reach them through the system, so there was no guarantee they'd see it in time. In the end, they didn't take the message at all.

As a result, the drivers arrived later than the app estimated because they were circling to find parking. When they finally arrived, I explained about the loading bay and they had to move the van before they could bring the sofa in.

Service was good overall but delivery service could have been more solution-oriented. In the end, it was resolved but took unnecessary time.

Mo the agent was very helpful and professional.

Antonio helped myself and a friend find a two seater sofa and an armchair. He gave us bottles of Italian water and patiently answered all our questions.

I am giving a 2 because I have had no response back on when the Sofa is being dispatched and no response when I called and I have paid for the sofa in full

Marcin and Alexis delivered the beautiful sofa bed on time, keeping in touch throughout the route. No grumbles as they brought the various heavy parts of the sofa up the 13 step flight of stairs into our Edwardian maisonette. I’m no time at all they had the sofa assembled and it looked amazing!! We checked the mechanism for the bed part and to see that it worked without any trouble - which it did! Alexis had thoughtfully placed the sofa bed in a centred position to avoid the furniture nearby when it was fully open when needed.
My only regret was that we were so excited about having this new comfortable, exceedingly well made, useful piece of furniture, that Alexis and Marcin left quickly and I would have liked to have given them a good tip before they left. It was a very hot day and I really appreciate their hard and efficient work in such circumstances.

My experience sofa hunting was fairly easy . I said what I was looking for and he showed me all the options

The salesman asked what we were looking for I explained what we required I did say no reclining sofas.He showed us a lovely range of options. As we were deciding I sat on a sofa not realising it was a recliner! It was perfect. Sold and we picked a lovely colour.
The delivery men Rich and Dean were polite friendly and put the sofa together in no time.
Highly recommend this firm.

Pleasant experience had from attending the store in Staples Corner to receiving my delivery, the store staff was very patient and didn’t rush me in making a choice. I was kept informed about the delivery date and time and the delivery staff set up the sofas in no time. I would recommend.

Having shopped in-store and then ordered online, we found no issues with customer service. On the day of delivery, the tracking information was excellent. Delivery was smooth, although we would have expected the delivery guys to plug in and test before they left. Generally very happy with product and service.
