Had 2x2 seater sofas delivered today by Mat & Rice, sofa backs didn't come off as expected so getting them in the house was hard going. These guys were great & polite, put the sofas where we needed them, took all packaging & put the topiary trees back by the front door. Couldn't fault them.
Only issue we have is one of the recliners is clunking when using the electric recliner, which we have been to SCS today to sort out getting it fixed, as ringing scs was pointless over 35mins waiting then said they'd ring back, which never materialised.

Most importantly we weren't "jumped on" by any sales person, just briefly advised on the details of the store and only when we requested help we received it.

Tony our salesperson was brilliant. He didn't pressure us in any way but he listened to what we had to say and went out of his way to accommodate our requirements. Needless to say we made our purchase. Would definitely use SCS again as Tony and his colleague made us feel valued customers no matter what price we were paying.

Brought a sofa and chair from Caz and it was such an easy process, she took us through all the colour options, fabric options and protection options!

I would 100% recommend her to anyone, she really put our mind at ease and talked us through all our options!

We purchased our suite from Stafford store.
The service was excellent. Tony looked after us, it was as if he had all the time in the world, explaining everything, even helping with suggestions for colour schemes. We even got a cup of coffee.

Went to browse for a 2 seater sofa, upon arrival Carole the sales lady introduced herself and a quick overall coverage of the furniture available. We were then left to look around and think for ourselves of what we wanted, no sales pressure but Carole was on hand if we needed any information. We ended up buying what we wanted to buy and all went through smoothly. Nice friendly atmosphere also.

Great customer care from Carole in SCS Stafford, a nice warm welcome, she listened to what we were looking for, gave us the space and time to wander and try the sofas and chairs.

Carole helped us to narrow down a suitable sofa that would meet my wife’s mobility & physical requirements,
We settled on the Ethan Sofa with power foot rest, lumbar support, head rest & centre console, being able to control these to my comfort was great and super comfortable & the centre console of drinks holder, wireless charging and storage means I can be comfortable and have what I need at hand.

Made to feel at ease by Rachel and Mark as soon as we entered the store. No hard sell or pressure and sat with us giving us time to think and decide the best sofa/colour/design we wanted. Would highly recommend this store but even more so because of Rachel and Mark. Thank you both for making a hard decision so much more pleasurable.

My husband had died on the 28th December but I still had to do a house move on the 17th January and needed a new suite for the new house which me and my husband had already wanted to do. Rachel and Store Manager Mike or Mark were brilliant. They were patient not pushy and spent time with me has my head was all over the place. Mike even filled up the water in my car for my wipers. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Old school customer service.

you advertise deals that are not allowed on certain sofas the one i wanted was advertised with twelve months with a hundred pounds deposit and twelve months at 27pounds only to find it was not allowed on this sofa although it was on a card by the sofa the lady who i dealt with was lovely and you say free delivery thats crap i was charged over 100 pounds you have sold me my last sofa and all my friends have been told

Carole was really friendly and helpful when we brought our new sofa suite on Sunday. She just seemed to know what would work for our family and lifestyle and helped us to choose the perfect sofa.
