very friendly staff. no pressure while browsing in store when we selected suite the gentleman went through all our options so we were very happy to place order

The salesman Russ made the whole experience totally stress free, when we finally decided what we wanted we were not sure if it would actually fit in our living room and it was no problem for us to go home and measure as he didn't want us to buy something that totally wrong, which is what would have happened as it was he helped us get what we wanted so he definitely deserves 5 stars.

Order my new sofa in December, the staff where really helpful, I was given constant updates regarding the order. The delivery date came and the 2 lads (John and Craig) where excellent, polite, asked where I wanted the sofa, no hassles at all.
