Called first time and spoke to someone who put me through to the store. I left a message for a call back. Didn’t receive one. Had to call again next day.

We were welcomed by Trevor who informed us of deals that were on and explaining to us what they meant when purchasing a sofa. He went around the show room with us a few times. We found the right sofas with the help of Trevor and the process of purchasing them was straightforward.

i am a shopper that doesn't like to be crowded when i arrive. i want to look around. the team respected that and left me browse until i was ready. then Fabio was so great, listening to what i wanted, what my concerns were and helping me decide on the best sofa for me. the colours to chose from are epic and i have a gorgeous blue and pink set on its way! Mark the manager was also wonderful and i feel in safe hands with the whole team in Solihull!

The staff provided elite customer service, showing immense patience and professionalism throughout the more then two hours I spent choosing my perfect sofa bed. They were extremely welcoming, even offering me coffee during my visit. A special thanks to the team for proactively reminding me to register my car registration to avoid any parking penalties. we had a 3.5 month wait for delivery after placing out order of 2x 2 seaters and a chair, shop staff friendly and help full, finally had a delivery slot was informed 7 days before and confirmed day before, on morning had ab actual time slot. both delivery guys where brilliant, respectful of property, one guy brought the items in and removed rubbish while the other assembled the sofas. in all a very good experience and the sofas are really comfortable. thank you for a great service.

Trevor was very attentive and polite with us when we asked about purchasing a sofa bed. He engaged with us straight away and was well informed about the products we looked at. Aside from liking a particular sofa bed we did look elsewhere, but returned due to the product quality and Trevor’s great personality.

Amazing experience, clean showroom, drinks and gift bags offered and everything was fully explained to us from start to finish, advice and opinions offered too as it is our first sofa. Gerald at poltron in the Sears retail park in Shirley was fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly, a massive contribution to us picking poltron for a sofa.
