I didn’t realise the Nottingham SCS was an outlet for ex display but this turned out to be a bonus for me. I managed to find two reclining sofas at a cost of just over two thousand pounds. Perhaps not the exact colour we had in mind but now that they’re in, the blend in perfectly with the decor and we are totally happy with them. Tim, the sales guy was not pushy and was happy for us to come back another day but we found what we wanted at a price considerably less than we were prepared to pay. The delivery guys were great and made sure everything was installed and working having easily coped with the difficult access and tropical heat. Definitely the most comfortable furniture we have ever bought.

Tim was great. Very friendly and helpful, helped us get our sofa delivered to where it needs to be.

Great service and delivery!

Great experience with the help of Yvette in the Lady Bay Retail store. After several visits and lots of questions about the type of sofa, material and colour we managed to decide on what best suited our needs, Yvette was very patient and knowledgable and took time to discuss the insurance coverage too.
