Stevie was absolutely amazing with us, so patient and really helpful. We were also helped by a few other members of staff and they were fabulous too! All round great experience and cannot wait to get our sofa!

Great experience from walking into the showroom to final delivery. Staff were really friendly and made my mother laugh, which made her feel relaxed. We were informed of the timelines and come the delivery dates we were kept informed.
Delivery day arrived and had a time slot of 07:00 to 12:00. Delivery team called 06:25 saying they were on route. 20 mins later arrived. Delivery team were really nice and unloaded, unpacked, assembled and showed how to operate and were on their way to their next delivery 10 mins later.
Really good from start to finish.

Efficient member of staff

I hate it when I am pounced upon as soon as i walk into a store! This did not happen here (Silverlink, North Shields) however a salesperson ,Reece, was nearby when i stopped to look at a particular sofa. He answered all my questions, was really knowledgeable and helpful. Advised anything with a white sticker would be available in leather. Then when i found the one for me he came over, answered more questions , gave me a price for two grades of leather and then arranged the sale for me swiftly.

Stevie was very helpful , very knowledgeable' but for got to mention if you try to use the British heart foundation for removal of old sofa you must have the fire regulations attached

The sales staff were fantastic and the customer experience was top class. The quality of the furniture, the choice of materials, the price and the service we received from point of sale to delivery was excellent. In particular the crew who delivered our sofas were fantastic. I would definitely recommend and use in future.
