Very good service although delivery time is too long.

We purchased the complete set of electronic recliners, including a three-seater, a two-seater, and a single sofa, as the quality is exceptional and they possess a modern aesthetic. They fit perfectly in our home with my three young children. I thoroughly enjoy relaxing in them at all times. Thank you very much!

There wasn't any pressure, we knew what we wanted, they went through everything we needed to know.

Setee seems perfect but I have yet to fully test it and it was delivered on time and as planned. This could not have been better.

Great customer service. Felt welcomed in store but not hassled. Jamie-Lee answered any questions we had and sale was smooth. We were notified well in advance when our sofa would be delivered and had updates on the time the day before and a phone call on the day of delivery. The delivery team were efficient and polite.

Super thrilled! We actually did not have the best experience at the Bedford store but I decided to walk in to the MK Store and I’m thrilled that we did. Manjit greeted us and allowed us to walk around the whole store and then noticed that we needed assistance and he was amazing. He explained the whole ordering process in detail and he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Manjit made our shopping experience absolutely flawless and painless. We were thrilled with our quote and we so enjoyed speaking to him. We never felt pressured and the whole process was seamless. We cannot thank him enough!

The tracking app was accurate. The men were friendly, smart and efficient. Despite the fact that they had to deliver 2 large sofas on a hot day they did not complain once. It was a tight fit but they did it.

Jamielee gave me a great support to chose the right size and color for my sofa. She was very thorough with all the details she explained to ensure I have all the information needed to make the right decision.

From the second we set foot through the store, we were greeted by helpful staff not pushy sales people. As we looed round the store, someone was always on hand to answer questions / give advice. On our return visit we chose a sofa and booked in for delivery. Sofas have different lead times due to be being hand made. Our delivery time suited us and nearer the time we re arranged delivery, which actually suited us better. Delivery was on time and we were kept up to date with delivery dates and times. The delivery guys were pleasant and professional. Our velvet sofa arrived in perfect condition and they made sure we were satisfied before they left. All packaging was taken away by them. Would definitely use them again.

Jamielee was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. She was very patient as we were waiting to complete on our house which fell through. When we came back she was still very friendly and polite and helpful even though we were waiting a long time.

Delivery and installation was fine , but 16 week delivery not so good.
