The delivery was made within the time frame given, if slightly early. The two men were polite, worked well together and quickly put the units together where the furniture was to sit and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

When we saw the corner sofa we knew it was the one instantly. The lady who helped us with our purchase was helpful, patient and very good at her job with great product knowledge and people skills. She helped my wife who is disabled use the lift and navigate the store. Harmanpreet is an asset to your store.

We had the pleasure of being looked after by NATHAN.He was the epitamy of professionalism.Giving us all the information we required without overloading us with facts and figures.We were given as much time as we needed to make what was quite an important decision.We never felt rushed or pressured in our choice. He explained the financial details of payment clearly and precisely and left it to us to decide the length of time we wanted to complete the payment.He even offered us a bottle of water each, which was greatfully received on such a hot day. He turned what could have been quite an ordeal into a memorable afternoon.

The delivery crew arrived on time on the date that was arranged. They were friendly and helpful and set my chair up in 9 minutes from arrival, and they removed all packaging and took it away.

Fantastic suite and very comfortable. The team delivering were great. The only issue we have is the length of time it takes for delivery - ordered on the 6th April and received on the 16 July

I absolutely love it its stylish,comfortable and feels very well made. The cushions are supportive yet soft,making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. It looks really better in person and has really transformed my living room. The delivery guys well friendly and smooth, I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful comfortable quality sofa.

I was met immediately I stepped in the doors by Shahida & offered a seat & a cold water (it was an exceptionally hot day) & we talked through the quote I had received a week before as I had a couple of questions which she was able to answer. She is very friendly & knowledgeable about the business & nothing was too much trouble for her so Shahida made it an enjoyable experience
