The staff i deal with was so welcoming. As I am disabled he made everything easy for me to get around such a lager store. I was so pleased with the support and service. That's why I brought one. Shop there they are so helpful, and not pushy.

The communication of the delivery date…
The communication of the delivery date and time was excellent, and I received a call from the delivery men half an hour before they arrived. The delivery was on time, efficient and speedy and they tidied up and took away all the packaging. As an older person I would have preferred a little more clarity about the battery pack and its relationship to the adaptor and the controls, but it didn’t take me long to work it out once I’d had my furniture in my house for 24 hours!

The sales people indicated that the sofa was available in all swatch colours but failed to say that there was an extra fee. The display also doesn't indicate prices or pricing. Even on completion of sale the additional price was not mentioned. Duplicitous is the only word which describes the staff. I didn't mind the extra price its that it was never referred to which I find unworthy and distrust.

The furniture can be offered in a wide range of fabrics and leathers however the price does vary dependant on your choice. We do expect that the team explain this at the point of sale so that you are fully aware of all charges.
