Excellent service from the Company
Excellent service from the Company. So good that they email to advise Sofa had arrived and they organised the delivery. Then messaged on the day to say the approximate delivery time. Able to track the delivery. Driver called to say would be with us in 45 minutes. Dai and Scott the delivery drivers very courteous even when they had difficulties getting the sofa in the house because of the dimensions. Totally happy with the service.

Read before you commit to buy
We went to purchase a new Sofa, found the one we wanted gave our information even spelling words out......... you'll get an email within the hour......... Next day still no email receipt tried to contact SCS in a queue of over 80 minutes yes 80 minutes........ so went into store to see what was happening oh sorry we got the email spelt wrong sorry but we can't re send receipt so we'll print it for you....... oh and we don't answer the phone in store you have go to the help line even if you have very long wait. We also took out insurance on Sofa praying we never need to use it cos you have to use the help line........ I would recommend you go to another furniture store cos SCS made it very clear they want your money not giving you good customer service

Please allow me to apologise on behalf of the Llanelli store that you did not receive your order documents through your email as planned. I do apologise also for the long wait times to get through to us on the phone, we are extremely busy at the moment and we are trying to get back to everyone as soon as we can.
I can see in the notes that you have received your order documents and your furniture is currently estimated to arrive to the distribution centre on the 25th April.

Excellent service in the Store and Delivery
Excellent service in the Llanelli store. No hard sell just plenty of good information. Friendly and professional service in store. Sofa was delivered today by Jaydon and Nicky. Arrived when they said they would. Again, professional, efficient and friendly. Sofa put together quickly and all the waste taken away. So glad I chose ScS Sofas.

Sofas arrived broken- 10 months later still broken
Sofas arrived broken, not fit to use still trying to get someone from SCS to be truthful and apologise whilst putting things right, that's unlikely to happen. Visit to the shop and was intimidated by the sales women and manager watching me drive away. Avoid at all costs! They keep you waiting in the hope you give up but £2.7k a lot of money for garbage. I will not give up my rights.

Please check your confirmation email, invoice or receipt for the full description of what you have ordered as soon as you can.
We nearly got caught out by the wrong colour sofa being ordered.
SCS have a good choice of sofas at reasonable prices, but DO CHECK ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK.

Scs Llanelli were informative and kind with helping us choose a sofa. The delivery men (Johnny & Dave) went the extra mile to get the sofa into the house rather than giving up at the first hurdle. Very appreciative of the service and would recommend.
