We recently purchased a 3-seater, 2-seater, and armchair from Poltrone, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. James was our sales advisor, and he was excellent throughout the process. First class from order to delivery. David in the Kilmarnock store was so helpful and knowledgeable providing his expert help and guidance. We were kept updated on the delivery schedule throughout and the track facility was fabulous. Our delivery team of John and Gareth were friendly and courteous and got the job done in no time at all. Our new sofas and chair are the icing on the cake finishing a lengthy makeover. Poltrone are second to none for service and value for money.

When chair was ordered they gave us a 14 week wait for chair which was very accurate. The service in store from Norman was excellent. The delivery came exactly when the they said it would. With a tracking telling me where they were, and a phone call 15 mins before arrival. The delivery men were very efficient and friendly Damien and Lucca. Well done to both.

Charlie and Alex were very professional in the way they delivered our sofas and footstool. Advance information was spot on and they were excellent when they arrived. No problem at all, job well done.

When I went to the Kilmarnock branch to enquire about the change of delivery days, I was greeted by a rather rude man. When I tried to enquired about the change he kept talking over me stating we have a wide window, I tried to tell him that I understood that, but kept on talking over me repeating we have a wide window multiple times, being to late to cancel, I made myself a promise never to do business with this company again. I will also spread the word to everyone i know.

The guys Michael and Paul delivered my sofa yesterday. Communication before delivery was great, they were very professional, quick and lovely gentlemen. Delivered my sofa with care. Sofa itself was made perfectly and sits lovely in my living room 10/10 all round! Staff in the shop weee amazing too, helped me with measurements and communication once delivery was booked also! We were served by a lady called Billie, in the Kilmarnock store. She was amazing. Very polite, friendly and not at all pushy. Any questions we asked she knew the answer straight away. It was a real joy to shop in the shop.
