Great service in store from Grant explaining the whole buying process. Very helpful and polite delivery guys, Robert and Steffan. Took away all the protective packaging. New 3 piece suite looks fabulous. Kept informed of delivery date and time slot. Slight issue with a ‘pull’ in the sofa material and the Velcro had become loose on the back, both of which was noted down by the delivery guys. However it seems easy to sort so will keep an eye on it.

Very happy start to finish - knew as soon as we saw the sofa it was what we wanted - now we’re sat on it love it!!

Delivered on time and quickly assembled

Visited SCS Ipswich as we were in need of a new sofa(had already visited competitors) we were greeted by a wonderful bloke called Simon, who was helpful and informative, he let us look around at our leisure(with a toddler that means the world!) there was no rush and no pushy “you must buy now” pitch from him, just genuine help, we spent awhile looking at different sofas and left without any purchase or promises to purchase, we returned and Simon helped us again, this time to purchase the sofa we wanted, even though he was busy with the stores refit he didn’t rush us and made sure that we had everything ordered in a relaxed manner (including letting our toddler run around the empty part of the store to burn off some energy).

The delivery drivers were friendly and respectful of our property, and kept us informed on how long they would be until they were with us.

The sofa we got is perfect and exactly what we wanted. When we visited another time after delivery, Simon asked us how it was going and made general chitchat without any extra sales pitches or the ignoring that we have received in other places once you have handed over your money.
Once again very happy with our experience from start to finish and even aftercare - Thank you so much!

Excellent delivery service.

One of the worst customer services I've ever dealt with. Originally purchased a sofa on 16/11/24 and collected on 19/11/24. Still awaiting confirmation of the warranty we were informed about during the purchase. Have been told that there was a problem with the head office system and we weren't the only ones to be impacted. Nothing since, despite endless emails. There was damage to the sofa which was identified the day after getting it home. Countless emails later (some with no response or acknowledgement), we eventually were sent someone to repair it after 6 months!
Still awaiting any information or confirmation regarding the warranty. Absolute shambles of a company, would not recommend to anyone!

*UPDATE*
Head office have been helpful enough in trying to contact the Ipswich store and leaving messages etc.
I was told by the store manager in mid August that he would look into it and get back to me before the end of the day - no response.
I am still yet to be successful in getting through since despite the numerous messages left by head office.
This is almost 12 months of chasing for a warranty which was a big factor in us agreeing to buy the sofa in the first place

My Wife and I were in the market for new suite, so we visited the Ipswich store, as this was our nearest branch. We were welcomed by Simon, an extremely personable and helpful sales person, who showed round the store so that we could peruse, the various sofa's and chairs on display! We found one to our liking, and gave Simon our details! But we needed visit twice more due to co - ordinating colour schemes, before finalising the deal, and all times Simon was very patient, not pushy, and thus deserves praise for his help and assistance with our purchase!

The two guys were professional and very considerate of home and environment. They worked cleanly and tidy taking all the cardboard and other Packaging with them

They notified me upon the ETA and I advised of what to do upon arriving on site

We visited earlier in the month and was attended to by a very personable chap who went out of his way to help us select the best chair we could afford. When we returned to finalise the deal a few weeks later we were assisted by another member of the team who was equally impressive. Overall, great welcoming staff and great products. We’ll certainly choose ScS for our future purchases.

The delivery guys damaged not one but 2 doorframes and although they took photos no one has been in touch to offer any kind of compensation. It’s a new build that I’ve moved into and I’m very disappointed with the service

DO NOT ORDER A SOFA FROM HERE! ordered ours in January, was conned and misled from the get go. Phoned, emailed, visited store - still no sofa!!! Was ‘promised’ delivery early March. Now 26 April - no correspondence from them whatsoever. Took our deposit quick enough but zero
response since. Con artists.
*UPDATE* visited the Ipswich store today, received a refund of our deposit under section 6 of contract. If your due delivery date exceeds 28 days you are entitled to a refund and cancellation of your order. Now ordered a new sofa from DFS who couldn’t have been more helpful and transparent in their customer service.

Very happy with the product, customer service - can’t wait for it to arrive!

From ordering in store to delivery I would highly recommend SCS. In store the gentleman that dealt with the order was very professional and friendly. The delivery arrived on time and the two gentlemen were polite, efficient and friendly.

We were served by Bailey, very professional and welcoming. Had us sparred with our new sofa quickly.

Visited the Ipswich branch, staff are amazing, very knowledgeable and informative. Happy to make a purchase and would recommend others to SCS.
