Fantastic staff and great range of sofas

I recently purchased a sofa and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The delivery was well coordinated and confirmed in advance, which made the process very straightforward.

The delivery team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They handled the delivery and assembly with great care and ensured everything was set up perfectly.

Ajit the person who served us was very professional in his approach to dealing with us and very knowledgeable. He did not put any pressure on us to make a decision straight away. We left the store and went to one of your competitors where we felt pressured and was followed round the store by a member of staff after he had said he would leave us to browse at our own leasure. We left that store and returned to your store and was greated by Ajit again. We looked at the two sofas that we was interested in again and made a decision to make a purchase there and then, again we was not pressured but give good advice based on our needs.

Was just browsing around shop as was looking for something new,but knew what i was roughly looking for and what extras i needed but was unsure if would be comfortable for my Back as struggle and if had what i needed.A nice Lady in shop helped me choose the right sofa that would meet all needs and also enough room for the family to.Been great customer service all the way through so far,been very helpful and answered any concerns we had.Not had any issues.Just waiting on my new sofa to arrive.Thank you Eva and the team for your great service and going the extra mile.

Drivers very efficient and set up the sofa well. Slight problem with the sofa in that the recliners squeak.

Helpful. Explained features and differences between the furniture. However, we would have preferred to look and try the furniture on our own and ASK a salesperson for assistance when we were ready to. We felt 'followed' round the shop. We also would have liked to take (buy) swatches of leather/fabric to take home and look in our space before making the final decision. We needed to remeasure our space at home to make sure the furniture would fit and the salesperson wanted to call us that night to take payment and close the sale, it should have been left for us to go in the shop the next day, too pushy. Overall a good experience but not a perfect 5!!

Very helpful staff Knowledgeful and were happy to go round the whole store telling us what did what. We ended up purchasing a settee and chair and cannot wait for delivery.

I’m a very awkward decision maker and the staff were very accommodating and patient giving me time and allowing me to take samples all over the store to see them in different lights , which was most helpful

I would definitely buy again can’t fault them and the quality of the sofa I was impressed with the delivery they did work very hard and organised Simon and Simon . It was 4 months to wait for the delivery but it was worth it.
