Advance notice of when the sofas were…
Advance notice of when the sofas were going to arrive and updates leading to a precise time of delivery. Setting up sofas in correct positions and removing packaging, leaving the room neat and tidy. Dai and Lee were polite and courteous throughout.

Carys and Ryan were super wonderful today when we bought our new sofa and chair. They were helpful, knowledgeable, kept us at ease and were extremely patient with our decision making. They made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you both, great job 👏 xx

Good delivery by Dai and Scott!!
Dai and Scott delivered our new SCS sofa, they did a fab job, helped get the sofa into the living room, made sure everything was good before leaving. Great customer service.

Delivery drivers Rhys and Josh were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble they even moved my coffee table and chest for me after they’d positioned my sofa and chair as I have rheumatoid arthritis, they were extremely polite and conscientious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New Sofa
The experience of buying a new sofa in the Gloucester store was impressive.
All of the staff were friendly and happy to help, especially Nicola who completed the transaction for us. She was knowledgeable on the product details and had a lovely friendly manner.

Sofa we got were good value and exactly…
Sofa we got were good value and exactly what we wanted. Was a little annoying having delivery time changed, however when the delivery guys came, Dai + Scott, they made it all worth while, friendly, funny and helpful, they took sofas to the right location, assembled them and basically did everything. Definitely need to give them some credit.

Jason and Huw, Great Delivery Team
Very positive overall, from the great saleslady in the Gloucester Store (St.Oswalds) to Jason and Huw who delivered my new recliner today. Jason and Huw were on time, let me know when they were going to arrive, off-loaded and assembled the recliner very efficiently, both were courteous and a credit to the company.

We visited the store 3 times before we…
We visited the store 3 times before we purchased our sofa. Each time we spent a long time going round all the sofas trying to decide which was best for us. Not once did they get annoyed or frustrated when we changed our mind about what we wanted - which happened alot. Lovely patient lady called Karen that helped us.
