From the start of me looking for a Sofa to the purchase and then delivery, excellent service all the way.

Perfect ‘fit’ in the chosen room. Fits perfectly and delivery was quick, safe and on time.

Good customer service. The promised delivery time was not met

The sales guy Christopher was friendly and helpful, we found the sofa we liked which was in the sale.
We were told it was a customer return as they did not like it, also we noticed some damage which was highlighted to the sales rep.
We were advised the sofa would be cleaned and vacuumed prior to collection as there was a lot of pet hairs in the sides, the leather needed a buff and dust over the mechanism. None of this was done.
With the level of damage we noticed and the condition of the sofa when we got this home, this was not a simple return but a used return.
This should have been sold as used not new condition.
Since the purchase the sofa has been cleaned with leather cleaner/moisturiser and all hairs removed, the mechanism cleaned, all of which I should not have had to do if it was a new purchase.

Chris was very helpful. The furniture I ordered was not on display in the store, however Chris checked the details of the furniture and reassured me that right colour and type and specifications as being ordered similar to my previous furniture.

We went in to the clearance branch on the off chance to see what was available . Saw 2 no Two seater settees in black leather which we were interested in .
Checked round other SCS shop & a competitor , nothing suitable .
Went back & agreed a price .
It was delivered within 4/5 hours by 2 very nice men & they took away our old suite .
Unfortunately I leg was damage & was replaced today . Very impressed .

I went into shop in Dunstable , what I was looking at online was not in shop to try. Salesman showed me another 2 seater settee and recliner armchair. I liked straight away, dearer than the one online , but looked and felt great, so paid, hour and a half later it was in my front room, old 3pce taken away. You cant get much better than that.

ABZ in the Dunstable was amazing,very helpful in every way,Nothing was too much trouble and we did not feel rushed in any way and left the store very happy and completely satisfied with our order.
