We saw a sofa we loved and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable. Answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed. Gave us full confidence in our purchase.

Staff are lovely. Ordered a sofa and chair and the comfort is nothing like the one we tried.. The seats are so hard it's hurting my bones and back. Had a technician round he said it was very firm. FIRM it's like sitting on concrete. Shop rung to say there was nothing they could do. About it because it was nt damaged. NO it's not but I can't sit on the thing. But they have a sale now customer after sale service is rubbish.

Extremely disappointed with this company. My brand-new sofa started showing significant creasing within TWO DAYS of delivery. Rather than replace a clearly unacceptable product, they sent a technician who actually used a BLOW TORCH on my brand-new sofa. Yes, you read that correctly.

The creasing is still there, and there is now also a problem with the lumbar support. Despite this, the company has simply hidden behind generic wording about “natural characteristics” and “manufacturing tolerances” to dismiss the complaint.

Even worse, the technician told me I had “no chance” of getting a replacement because the company would “lose money all the time.” That tells you everything you need to know about their attitude towards customers.

I spent a significant amount of money expecting a quality sofa. Instead, I received a sofa that looked worse than my 14-year-old previous one, followed by an outrageous repair attempt and a dismissive response.

Terrible product, terrible aftercare and a shocking attitude towards customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The shop took two payments for the item. I've been waiting over two weeks for my refund which i need. Not much help from anyone. Definitely not happy with scs at all all im seriously thinking I've made a huge mistake buying my furniture from ther if I owed scs the money it would be a very different story. Not happy with the service 😒

A really nice man served us. We bought a sofa a year and an half ago, and came back to look again for another sofa. The man helped us to arrange the sofas together so we could imagine what it would they would be like together. Wonderful service and experts advice. Wish I’d gotten his name!
