To be honest, we only went in to browse to kill a bit of time. However, the sofas were lovely and I fell in love with one within the first 3 minutes being there.

The staff weren’t pushy like you get in some places, he told us what we needed to know then let us go around without pushing us to buy.

After a quick look around I came across the Belford 3 Corner with media unit that blew the other one out the water!

We came back the following day and bought it!!

Really pleased with the quality and the service and can’t wait to receive our new sofa.

A 'Ciao' on arrival was different! The staff were helpful but not pushy & didn't follow us around like we'd had in another store. Tom was extremely helpful when we needed to know measurements, he knew them all without looking! With his expert knowledge he helped us place our order.

A lovely couple of guys turned up on a wet and rainy day and make sure there where careful getting my sofa in my living room . Set it all up making sure the recliner seats were working .

The two guys who delivered our sofa were great, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. I was contacted prior to delivery to let me know they would arrive within the hour which they did. I loved that I was able to track the delivery via the link it allowed me to manage my day and ensure I didn’t have to wait in most of the day for the delivery. Made very welcome in store, left to browse and then Alyson looked at many price and suite options for us to make our choice. Very helpful, price promise honoured when suite discounted in a later sale. When ready, the delivery date was coordinated to suit us. Delivered by Cam & Josh who were polite, respectful with a quick install in the locations requested and clearance of all packaging. A good experience from start to finish.

The guys that came were fantastic i,know one was called Marvin, I cannot remember the other ones name. They were very helpful and had no problems with getting the chair and sofa in cannot fault them. Thankyou

I recieved my order on the 10th of January,after 2 weeks it looked like it was a couple of years old ,after contacting scs they said it was due to neglect ( which i felt very insulted by )and not a manufacturing error.they wouldn't even send someone out to have a look at it.appalling aftercare service, it has caused me so much stress as they just don't care.

Had a reply saying that its not a manufacturing fault how do they know this as they never sent anyone out to check it.
I am seeking further advice on this as it is not fit for purpose.

I waited for the delivery that never came. I only found it at 7pm the delivery was cancelled. I was told it would be at my house between 3:30 and 3:55. So that delivery was cancelled and arranged for the following Monday for the same time. So I had to book time off for the delivery for that day and time. Then the driver came at 11:00am. I emailed them to make a complaint but have not heard anything. Now they want me to give a 5star review. The suit did come later that Monday at the time they originally said.
