We visited the store at Chester Greyhound Retail Park. From start to finish we had an incredible experience with Tristan. He was Welcoming, informative and very patient with all my measurements, colours etc. I would like to add he is a credit to the company, very likeable was able to answer all our questions and we even got coffee 😊
Long story short I purchased my dream sofa with ease and professionalism . Tristan deserves credit where credit is due and hope that this will be recognised by the company. He is definitely an asset to you

A great service from first going into the store and choosing our sofa until taking delivery.
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We were kept updated as delivery neared and on the day the delivery crew were brilliant. Careful and polite.

Haven’t received sofa yet but was giving quote and went ahead invoice came through to late to change anything also once did realised all extras were not free but added on so was wrongly advised to up cost hopefully sofa is right when I receive it

From visiting store choice excellent and member of staff very helpful and knowledgeable, exlplaining allocations available.
Delivery process very good, team were polite and professional. All packaging taken was removed
As for both our sofas we are reasonably satisfied apart from the flaps at the rear where the battery and cables are stored. The flaps don't attach as it does not reach the velcro which makes it look untidy especially as one of the sofas is in the middle of the room and is very noticible.

Very good service in store and on delivery

First time into store (Chester), we were welcomed and asked if we had been before, Tristan introduced himself and explained how things worked, fabrics/ delivery etc. We browsed and Tristan checked in throughout, giving hints/tips/ explanations to sofa's we were looking at. His advice actually changed my mind about what I thought i wanted. He was available but not intrusive. I mentioned the issues of access small door ways ect, he measured the sofa and had already told us that they can be dismantled. Once decided the whole process was straight forward. Everything was explained clearly, and again his advice on sofa care was knowledgeable. We even bought a chair and footstool that caught our eye. Tristan's knowledge and humour made the whole experience a pleasure.
