I knew it was a mistake to "Just have a look around the store" From the moment we stepped inside the quality slaps you in the face in the way its all laid out. Then a nice young lady showed us around and demonstrated the features of any units that we found particularly interesting. Before we left we had decided which units we wanted. A rather long awaited delivery time. But worth the wait. The two young men seemed to be pleased we were ready. Every thing was moved into another room, which was vacuumed ready for them. I suggested they used the window as it was straight into the right room, and, as big as the door ways. less than an hour and they were fitted together and ready to use after a small demonstration of the recliner and heater units. We found All the staff, pleasant and helpful. We would definitely be happy to recommend them to anyone who would listen.

The store assistant lily made the experience of buying a new sofa after having ours more than 20 years so easy. Her knowledge and listening skills were amazing meaning we purchased the right furniture for our needs. Thank you Lily! Karen and Scott

Salesman so pleasant and helpful

The colour of the sofa in the showroom under spotlight was nothing like the colour situated in my sitting room with natural light or artificial light in the evening.
A fabric sample was not provided so carpets, curtains and other soft furnishings were sought based on the colour seen.
After sales service was very poor, bouncing between the showroom and head office, eventually referring me to the soft furnishings ombudsman. According to the feedback form fabric samples are available!

Amazing service- from choosing our new sofa, nothing was ever too much. The staff in store were so helpful, easy going! The delivery was fast and the two men that delivered our sofas were careful with the rest of our home, two nice people. Would definitely return again!!! I’d give more stars if I could

Sitting in the comfort of my new sofa I will say it's the best sofa ever bought. The delivery guys were lovely, very efficient and although the tracking didn't work they weren't late so wasn't an issue, really pleased with the whole process

From order to delivery could not have been better. Sofas appear to be good quality, but a little too early to tell. We were kept well informed regarding delivery, Dalton & Paul were very friendly and courteous, before they left they made sure we were happy with the product and made sure no damage was done to our property.

Delivery service men has done a great job making sure my sofas are being careful into my place and sorting it out and cleaning up afterwards.

Order a 3 seater leather sofa electric recliner and a armchair recliner, wanted a recliner due to my wife being poorly and can’t make it up stair to her bed, Sofa was delivered great 2 delivery guys very helpful but the electrics on the sofa were not connected, the delivery guy said he would report this back and someone would contact me that evening to arrange a electrician to sort it, nobody contacted myself so my wife called , due to data protection they wouldn’t speak to her, so I called to be told by the lady that she has reported the issue and a electrictrian will contact me to arrange to get it sorted, I explained when would this be as my wife is poorly and I paid £4000 for this sofa not a faulty sofa , when would it be sorted ,? She couldn’t give me a day or date as the might need to order a part, so just wait till someone contacts you and a electrician will call with a date, Sorry not good enough, I said I shall give them till Tuesday and if I do not hear from them I shall call back, I’m not happy at all , I shall report back after Tuesday
