2 lads that built settee were really courteous kept upto date

Generic message received which indicated sofa was being delivered. In fact only 3 cushions were delivered leaving us with a sofa for 6/8 weeks. Store management advised ‘nothing could be done’. Terrible customer service and generic emails should be reviewed and order number recorded in text!

Very helpful on entering the shop, explained how you can order different sofas in any colour and material . Helped me match a 2 seater sofa with a 3 seater sofa

Also received a telephone call to say they were 10 minutes away and when they arrived they soon assembled our two recliner chairs and sofa.

Really helpful & friendly. Very knowledgeable too, so we chose a lovely recliner sofa. Emma also explained we could get batteries for recliner. Was suprised you don't sell them with the sofa's?

The 2 delivery blokes had a hard task in hand delivering my recliner sofa and chair to my flat when on the 3rd floor with no lift. But this didn't stop them at all. They delivered, put it together, set it up and made sure I was happy where they had put it before I left. 5* service

Very polite delivery men, everything went smoothly and definitely was on time and kept me informed.
Chairs are somewhat firm at present but hopefully they will soften with use, only just had them a day so early day's.

From our first visit to your store right through to delivery and setting up our 2 sofas your team's service has been spot on. In store sales was helpful, gave us time to wander, look at a number of options and never pushy. We agreed a mutually convenient delivery date and cleared the room in readiness. We followed your tracking system until the van arrived and your team once again were very helpful and efficient. No mess left behind and 2 comfortable sofa's. Thank you and your team from us both.

I wouldn't even have this company 1 star!!!
Take a look at the Facebook page for scs customer complaints and it will tell you all you need to know about this company.
There are customers on there having to resort to leafleting outside the stores to get a resolution to their issues.
Their products are marketed as Italian quality but are all made cheaply in China.
The product you see in store is made well, but that will not be what you are delivered.
The number of horror stories on the FB page is so sad. Many older people do not have the know how or energy to keep chasing and challenging the company so they just give in.

We placed an order at the beginning of July 26 and then less than 24hrs later cancelled it as we saw all the bad reviews about quality, customer service and warranty issues.
Their policy is no cancellation if you order in store.
Their policy once you try to do this is to ignore you completely and not acknowledge phone calls or emails.
They must be so snided with complaints that they cant deal with them.
Additionally beware if you take out the 0% finance.
Creation Finance , the finance they use cannot cancel the finance unless scs instruct them to so thats another battle to win.

AVOID this company at all costs!

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who explained the basics of the store as we had never visited before. The store smelt amazing!!! A huge range of sofas & having the choice of so many different fabrics made it feel like you were able to buy your own unique & bespoke sofa without the very high cost! Would def recommend!

Good choice of sofas and chairs. Good prices and really pleased about wide voice of fabrics. No pushy salesman, very relaxed atmosphere.

Very efficient service from the delivery men. Gave updates on expected arrival time. Very careful about our property not wanting to cause any damage or problems. Very efficient on installation and assembly of the new sofas and chair. Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery of suite from Italy. Shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering

The lads that dropped off the sofa were absolutely fabulous..very helpful n polite...sofa looks amazing...so happy thank you all at poltronesofa...👍😁
