Delivery drivers were very polite and helpful and made the delivery go as smoothly as it could have.

The lady assistant, Clare, was so nice and helpful. I suggest giving her a rise. Very rare to find such a warm welcome from a store assistant. This lady knew her stuff. Hope the delivery service is the same.

We made two visits to the Bristol Imperial store and were welcomed very well. the first visit was to generally view what was available. We were helped by Joseph who was extremely helpful and was able answer all our questions about the furniture. Our next visit was to place an order as we were very impressed with the service and product and it was good to be served by Joseph again. look forward to receiving our furniture and we will use you again.

Arrived on time and the couriers were wonderful. Put together in no time and left taking all packaging. What a great service.
As for the sofas, my Mum has said it’s the most comfortable she has ever sat in and I and everyone else who has sat in them totally agree.

The staff in the Bristol store, Claire and her very pleasant male colleague who I didn't catch the name of were brilliant, friendly and very helpful, there was no rush or pressure and gave great advice.

I order a sofa that was unable to fit through my front door. I went back to the store to get something else. I was told to wait until the manager returns and he will call me. He never called, I called and requested a refund, then was told I need to wait 10 working days before I received the funds. This is unacceptable. The manager also canceled the call whilst I was asking for Head Office number.

very nice showroom, electric recliners were connected so we could experience the movement properly.
Adam our assistant at Imperial Park Bristol, was very attentive and helpful, showing us fabrics and explaining additional things we wouldn't have realised, like carpet gliders for easy moving of the sofas on our new carpet. Delivery options were easy to understand. Would highly recommend .

The showroom staff were informative and made my four visits really relaxed. I loved the selection of different colours and textures. This doesn’t seem to be promoted well on the advert?The little sofa was absolutely perfect and now my daughter can visit and have a lovely bed to pull out too! Thankyou so much
