after placing our order 11/04/26 eventually 14 weeks later it arrived. the lads who delivered it were quick and professional in assembly..
we were very pleased.
our grip though was no communication with their delivery times etc also if we had purchased it july we would have saved £541.00

We were helped by Wayne at the Bridgend store, he was very helpful, explained the different styles, materials and colours also leaving us to browse on our own but always there to answer our questions, then helped us quickly and easily through all the paper work when we choose the one we wanted, he was great, the store looked and smelt amazing, well done all in Bridgend especially Wayne. We cant wait to receive our beautiful sofa.

Great 2 person team that delivered and fitted our sofa. They were efficient, no fuss and were in and out very quickly. I thought they were really great at it.

staff in the store very helpful, sofas came early and the delivery men where great, the sofas are what we expected, but the scatterback cushions could be a little fuller and the two seater the cushions dont fit like the three seater. gap in the middle.

A warm welcome when we arrived. I knew,what I wanted to look at after a previous visit a few weeks before. We were offered water and sll the staff were friendly.
We almost settled on a sofa but asked for the measurements to go home and check first. We returned later to make a purchase. We have saved £1300, we were also told about free delivery and also the 5 year protection plan we took out. Andy was incredibly helpful, polite and informative.
