Amazing delivery guys extremely helpful and happy and pleasant

ScS from purchase of our furniture to delivery has been excellent!
I can't recommend ScS enough.
Communication regarding delivery dates and times all on target.
We were able to track the van and delivery was to the minute.
Mathew and his colleague were so friendly and polite. They did a professional job. All furniture protected and packaging materials taken away. Very pleased indeed!

We had some issues with delivery and it is near on impossible to contact customer services on the number provided, easily being on hold for 2 hours and callbacks being cut off after ringing once!!

The reason I have given some stars is due to the staff at the Bradford branch, Mohammed and Zaf who went out their way to ensure delivery took place.

What a joke of a company from the store personal to the CEO.Nobody wants to talk to you.No call back,no reply to emails,even emailed CEO twice with no answer.Do not deal with this company

Tried to deliver on a Wednesday,even though paid for Saturday delivery.saturday came,gave first 7.30 to 3.30pm.updated to 12.15 to 12.45.3pm contacted call centre.they were useless.couldnt contact distribution.went to store useless.no delivery.dont think they deliver Saturday's..no wonder on BBC watch dog.

Love my new suite, can’t wait for it to come. I was told I could have any colour and pattern that I wanted which is fantastic, there is so many colours and designs to choose from. Fantastic friendly staff and 4 years interest free credit as well.

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Zafar and the team at SCS Bradford for amazing service. Zafar was fantastic – super friendly, really helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. He went the extra mile to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy with everything. It’s not often you get that level of care, and it really made my experience a great one. He was straight to the point and I was out of the store in now time. Although I wish I had explored all options, such as prices of a two seater/electric/ headrest. Which I regret as the prices went up a few days after ( guess that's my own fault)

My experience was great. I was very impressed with how professional the team at scs bradford was from the store manager to the salesperson Zafar. They really know their stuff and made me feel welcome and provided me with excellent advice and information. I will not hesitate to recommend the team to my family and friends.

Rubbish customer service

Advised of delivery time as expected, telephone call to advise of earlier delivery time. The guys were polite and efficient, delivering the suite expertly.

We order a sofa and two seats. Have been trying to chase up the delivery date. Be warned there is no way to phone the store and when you email it is almost impossible to get a response. Hopefully the sofa is of better quality than the customer service

I order sofas and the had taken 10 weeks to deliver and when they came they where faulty you could see the stitching not happy poor service

The customer service at this company is shocking, you need hours of spare time to make contact with their head office. I’ve had nothing but problems since initial delivery was expected, no communication received to keep me updated on the progress and then my sofas finally arrived but we’re damaged! I have logged a complaint which I’ve still yet to have any acknowledgment for.

We walked into SCS Bradford looking a recliner chair. we met Zafar one of the sales assistant. He show us a couple of different options of recliner chairs with heated and lumber for your lower back and head tilt.
My husband decided to get 2 seater sofa, which cost £400 more. zafar explained the different fabric colours. It a very good experience.

The salesman was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Sofa got delivered Tuesday paid over £1600 for it and what can I say looks like a child's made it . Stitching is all over the place so the cushion covers are pulling and have ripples all over , there is a big bulge in the arm that is noticeable, none of the materal is flush and neat it's all over and looks a mess , there's dents in the material . It's well below satisfactory standard , not fit for purpose as I dare not sit on it , not as describe . Can never get hold of anyone on the phone lines at all waiting 2 plus hours. Went into the shop and tried to be fobbed off and told to let it settle as its new. These faults are not going to settle in fact it's prob going to get worse . Iv emailed also but get no responses of acknowledgement or anything . I want a full refund but appently it doesn't work like that a technical team come out to assess it . We'll how's about this I'm going to charge SCS a daily storage rate for having to have this pile of rubbish in my house. Consumers are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty , not fit for purpose, not of satisfactory and not as described. So I either get my money back or I'm going down a legal route .
