Our shop experience was good, we weren’t rushed into making any decisions and when we left briefly to talk about it the guy was very polite. Sofa arrived much earlier than expected, which was great. Unfortunately it had been made the wrong hand but the fabulous driver guys soon moved the mechanisms around so it clipped together the right way. I was very appreciative that I didn’t have to wait for another team to come out to fix it, it was dealt with very efficiently.

Salesman was not pushy and very helpful. Hopefully the new sofas will be here soon!

The store was easy to get round in a wheelchair and the salesman was extremely helpful. All together a great experience buying my new sofa .

The man who see me and my mate and when i see the sofa i liked he made us a hot coffee and tea we then we chatted bout the colour and he showed the choices and I then paid he was such a lovely person

Our first visit to SCS Bedford. From our initial warm welcome to signing the deal, our experience was pretty much perfect. It’s a big store so had many chairs and sofas to view and try. There was zero pressure from the salesman who really knew his stock and took us through the various options. We secured a great deal. The only slight down side was the 3 month lead time but it’s not a show stopper. Can highly recommend.

I visited the SCS store in Bedford on the Ampthill Retail Park, AJ was very helpful and went through all the options/choices available given I have such a small room and needed a practical sofa with plenty of seats. A great deal/price and I’m looking forward to having the sofa by end of May. AJ was friendly, very knowledgeable and funny! Will definitely be going back to get a rug for after the sofa arrives!

Choice was excellent. Was unaware I could have any sofa, in any colour & fabric. Chris was brilliant, let me look but gave advice when needed. Wish after care was as good. Have been trying to contact customer support since, but no luck. Have sent email, tried to phone & have completed contact form on website - but nothing !!

It was advertised the sofa was genuine leather after 2 years leather started peeling very disappointing I was asked on the reply to this feedback to contact them with pictures, then had no reply!!!!

My husband and I visited Bedford SCS recently and purchased a new sofa. We were greeted immediately, offered drinks and asked what we were looking for by Nathan. He was excellent!! Very patient with a fussy customer which I admit I am. He showed us lots of options to suit us and I did not feel hurried at all. Nathan is an asset to your company, I could not fault him. Well done SCS

My experience started out great, the salesman, Chris knew his stuff and was very helpful. My sofa was due to be delivered 22/11 and a couple of days before I received an email stating it wasnt going to be delivered and they would contact me with a new date. There was no way to get in contact, the shop was being refurbished, emails were not answered, and the phone contact centre was closed in Dec. Not a good experience! The refurbished shop opened the week before Christmas so I went down to see what was happening. The staff were very good and gave me a full explanation of why things went wrong. I felt very sorry for them as they were dealing with irate clients. I'm not impressed with the old management even though they were handing over the business they could have been more professional with their customers, after sales service was non existent. Handover was done, new owner took over and I could not fault the staff from then on. I was going to get my sofa after new years but got a phonecall from the shop manager to say they could deliver the next day. I was amazed! The sofa was delivered by two lovely gents, they unpacked it and placed it for me, and took the packaging with them. My sofa is perfect. On hearing what the staff were having to deal with, I can sympathise with them, they are the face of the business and I dont believe in 'shooting the messenger, they can only do what they can with what they have. I wish the new management all the best and the staff keep doing what you are doing, and I hope management appreciate you efforts. I did. Thankyou. Trish

Beautiful newly fitted store. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Chris was our very tall and helpful salesman . No hard-sell, gave us all the information we needed. Really pleased with the suite we chose and pleasantly surprised at the cost. Very good experience 👌

This is a totally different and more positive experience than before their refurbishment. We already visited Winterhill and avoided SCS there when we went around all of the other furniture stores due to a previous bad experience in MK. Visited Interchange SCS and literally, the shop has had a complete overhaul. It is clean (wasn't before as always smelled of cigarettes before) and smells like nice furniture. The sales staff are polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Walked in with our 9 year old- she hates furniture shopping- showed Nathan (who served us) a picture of the sofa I wanted to look at - he took us straight to it and gave us actually helpful information about the pet-friendly ranges, the different fabrics and how the products would or may not meet the needs we rattled off. He was patient and waited for us to discuss our finances and agree privately before proceeding- no pushy sales tactics or gimmicks to upsell. Nathan was nice to our daughter rather than looking at her like she might ruin the shop, listened to all of us and sold us what we wanted -what more could you possibly ask for when sofa shopping?! So impressed. Literally recommend over and above all of the other sofa shops and have bought from three other competitors over the last 15 years.
