We bought leather furniture costing £6000+ on the condition if I had any issues the manager would deal with customer services on our behalf
Our furniture is unfinished and arrived with rusty hinges in the console
1st call from customer services we were told someone would contact us in 3 days a week later I called to be told the estimated time for inspection is 12 weeks
8 days ago I messaged the branch manager and sent email who was going to ring me last Thursday
I have had no response to the email I sent or from our last text message
Should of gone with my initial gut feeling

I had not heard about SCS and we had just visited the DFS furniture store next door. Immediately we walked into the SCS store at Beckton, we were greeted with a clean, wonderfully smelling atmosphere/showroom. When we tested their furniture, they are actually very well made and very comfortable. The prices were not so expensive for the quality I was seeing. It was difficult to decide on a sofa. As soon as we walked in, Yasser welcomed us to warmly and even gave us a free measuring tape - very handy for all the measuring we had to do to pick the right sofa for our living room. Yasser was patient and responded to all our questions. It was definitely a personalised service as he was always near by checking if we had any questions or problems. Yasser was professional all through. We actually visited the store 3 times before making a decision and each time, YASSER welcomed us warmly and assured us no rush to make a decision. I would also like to thank the entire staff at the SCS store at Beckton, they were all welcoming and nice. I don’t remember the supervisor’s name but he was very friendly and polite. We were told the company has been rebranded and all the furniture at the showroom are new designs which we are happy about. Thank you Yasser for helping us make a decision on our sofa. Thank you also for all the hot drinks and water you kindly offered us!! We look forward to receiving our furniture in 6-8 weeks. Thank you from Dapo and family.

My husband and I visited the ScS store in Beckton on Tuesday where we were met with a lovely welcome from Sam. He was so attentive throughout our visit answering our questions, giving us information and he also gave us a very useful measuring tape. We had a good idea what we were looking for and were able to look around at our leisure with Sam available with his expert knowledge as required. We left having ordered a lovely sofa being made specially for us, thank you Sam at Beckton.

Yasser and Dardan were amazing and really helpful. They didn’t rush me, and gave me ample space and time. Definitely recommend.
