I would like to take this opportunity to recognise the customer service of Lisa. We really appreciated her time and guidance when we were in store. Lisa made our purchase experience very enjoyable. She came across such a lovely person, and her customer service was exemplary. The quality, range and colour choice of sofas are plentiful and superior to other sofas we viewed from comparable stores.

Went into the store on yhe 7th of june.was made to feel welcome but not at all pressured.didnt go to purchase a new sofa but got tempted wiyh one .All beautifull sofas and with having the option to have any fabric or leather you want is a clever idea. And yes we purchased two recliners with fabric of our choice.Would highly recomend this store and staff.

Fantastic welcome to the store by Michael. We were in for a look around and we were able to do that.
Michael helped us with a few questions but we left not purchasing. Michael did send me a quotation.
A few weeks later, having established when Michael would be working, we called in and made a purchase.
