A bsolutely brassed off with the App. Want to order an item for collection tomorrow and it won't let me pay for it. Pathetic. Can't even chat to a robot on line😡😡

Too slow to answer the phone - shocking slow. This may well be my last time ordering from you guys - your competitors are much quicker (TS) and more helpful to be totally honest. My goodness - what has happened to you guys! I waited 20 minutes and even then customer services could not fix an issue with an incorrect (old) address on my order invoices. It is a house I moved out of a month ago and I removed the address from my address book too.

Visited Pontyclun branch on Monday evening around 7.30, I needed to view some items to check for sizing, team member Tom went out of his way to help, bringing items to the front desk to enable me to see what was compatible with my needs, very impressed with his level of customer service, pleasant demeanour and friendly attitude.
I will say that all staff in this particular store are generally helpful, I called the following day to exchange one item and once again served by Connor, who searched for a bit holder for me which was advertised on sale but none could be found, there was stock on the plumbing counter next door, Connor located one for me. Thanks to you both

Wow! What amazing customer service at the Newbridge, Edinburgh branch (8/9/26 @ 18:00)! Unfortunately, I didn't get the guy's name, but he was top notch! Many thanks and I'll definitely be shopping there again!

Since buying my house I've visited Screwfix on a number of occasions for 2 years which is on my doorstep fortunately

Today I've had a disappointing experience with Wickes buying power tools and their response has been poor to my review with no attempts to resolve my issue and clearly not interested in how I've been looked after.

Today I attended the Sawtry branch store and kitted myself out with several Erbauer 18V tools and this reminded me what good customer service is Mark and another staff member where friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the tools clearly invested in their jobs unlike Wickes

I knew this was the place to spend some money and invest in some tools

I could have spent nothing and they would have treated me just the same, well done Screwfix great customer service and shout out to the Sawtry branch they all need a raise!

Been waiting for my order for over 10 days, keep get given different delivery dates and items don't turn up. Having to chase Screwfix most days for an update, In the end had to cancel my order. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. AVOID!!

If I could it would be zero, Ihave used screwfix for over 25 years, this is the worst service I have ever received after ordering a radiator, their third party sent the wrong colour. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received the right item. I made a complaint and they didn't follow their own complaints procedure, never acknoledged it, don't keep you informed I have rung them about 8 times now, they are not bothered, won't be using them again.

Very helpful and kno how to sort your order promptly with no dramas.

Lowestoft store got stroppy with me for not handing over my name, address and email, no doubt because head office pressures the staff so the company can send out junk marketing material. Secondly the car park was littered with rubbish, a dirty grotty place. Best avoid if you don't want an earbashing - "oh... so you want to remain anonymous" to quote the member of staff that served me.

My problem was dealt with excellently, and I was refunded immediately without any hassle. The whole process was so easy and straightforward, which is exactly what you hope for when contacting customer service.

Went to Harlow branch in 27/8. Employee seemed like she wasn't aware why she is there. Very minimal help. We gave codes for 4 radiators. She looked them up. Said delivery only within 3 days. Paid for order. 2 days later only 1 delivered and app says order complete. First call to abysmal customer service team who also don't seem to know why they are there. Probably zero training. Said error from supplier. No idea who is the supplier and why do I have to deal with that as I paid them not the supplier. We asked to cancel the whole order and refund they sent apologetic useless email from someone called Shannon from their office in Yeovil. She acknowledged error and said will fix. Obviously not. Two days later there so called supplier came collected the order but brought another radiator and left it to my builder. The builder tried to explain if this is the Screwfix order then we need to cancel he said he doesn't know if that is from Screwfix or someone else ( we had ordered from different one after this fiasco so builder was confused). Called back customer service said no idea about the whole issue. Can you please refund? We will do but now we have to send supplier to collect the one he wasn't supposed to leave. 2 days later still no refund after calls to three different customer service agent that barely know they work for a company called Screwfix and insisting I give them the credit card details again and again. They sent an invoice only refunding 2 out of 4. I still didn't get refunded for any out of 4. Should I just ask for chargeback or call that fraud from a supposed well known retailer who is just crap.

Excellent service from Lisa and Stu at the Boston Branch. I got to the store 10 mins before closing time they were most helpful and found what I needed with a smile. I have dealt with Lisa on previous occasions as well and she has always been helpful and obliging.

I purchased a shower enclosure from Screwfix (Triton Neo six framed sliding door shower enclosure 1200 c 800 x 1850 code 387TK) at a cost of £379.99. The enclosure was delivered on the 1st September and supposedly it could be installed by one man. I have installed many shower enclosures of this size and no way is it a one man job. This enclosure came with minimal assembly instructions and does not show the assembly of the side panel. I rang Triton shower enclosures to query the missing caps that fit on the top 3 posts, there reply was “The enclosure doesn’t come with caps” I have never come across that before and I have fitted quite a few enclosures in my time. To top it all off I checked the Screwfix website before assembling this morning 2nd September and discovered the price of the enclosure had been reduced To £284.99.
I have always been a good customer to Screwfix and disappointed with the quality of this product. I will think twice next time before my next purchase.
Having received an email today 3rd September from Screwfix customer service and be advised that there technical team will attend to the matter of poor assembly instructions, I am satisfied with the outcome.

Currently on our way back to store to return yet another TITAN 230MM ANGLE GRINDER IN 4HOURS!!! That's two grand bew y it's broken in under ten minutes.

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A PART FOR A OVEN EARLY JULYI WATED FOR NEARLY A MONTH TOLD IT WOULD ARR IVE 30/07/2026 I WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS STILL NO DELIVERY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK WICH I RECIEVED.BUT NO REASON OR APPOLOGY FOR NOT RECIEVING THE GOODS NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I popped in today as I needed to change something and needed DIY information and ideas on what to buy to help with a project. I spoke to a young man called Caidan. He was so incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and kind. He did not try to up sell anything. I was extremely happy with the information and my product. Another product, bought in error, was quickly exchanged with no hassle. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you Caidan!

I ordered and paid for fence paint online .
Went to collect only to find that they had sold it to someone else by mistake.
They said their system could not reorder it
Very unhelpful.
