I bought three scoutlites. Two of three would not cycle past red. In going to the company website, their‘contact’ section cycles back to the original page keeping one from being able to make contact. My only way to address this may be to dispute the charge on my credit card

I purchased a light for my night shifts in the hospital. Worked wonderful the first charge then something happened. I reached out to the team with a video. Skylar send me a video on how to help. It worked. What I do like best about this company is the care and customer service. I did not anticipate the care given.

Ordered and received the Sparko light. Was working fine in the beginning then started getting stuck on red light mode and would not cycle through to white light mode at all. Contacted customer support who replied with a totally unhelpful email not even addressing the issue I had raised. I replied to that email saying what they have suggested as a fix just does not work and have yet to hear back. As a previous reviewer said a very expensive exercise and would not rate company for after sales support!

Awesome little unit, and cost effective

The lights came as scheduled. My SO and I like the concept and are finding new uses for the lights daily. The concept is very well thought through, and the lights work well! Our experience has been good, and we recommend these lights.

I like the light, but learned the hard way about the magnet and wearing it on a pocket. Less than 24 hours after receiving the light, the magnet pulled it out/off my pocket and I didn't notice. So, my new EDC light was gone in less than a day. Probably not going to order another, that was an expensive 1 day toy.

Very difficult to use, too complicated with when to press the button, and how many times to click it. Also, the first light that comes on shouldn’t be red, that is not very useful.

Buying lighting online felt risky. But the Gray sits on my reading nook side table and looks genuinely substantial — concrete base has real weight to it. Almost a month in, zero regrets.

Was tossing up between a few DTC lighting brands. Scoutlite just felt more trustworthy somehow. Ordering was smooth, arrived quickly, and their site actually answers the practical questions parents need to know.

Needed something over my console table that didn't look cheap. The Anka arrived well-packed, installed in maybe 20 minutes. That layered glass diffuser glows beautifully when dimmed. Guests always comment on it now.

My name is Seth and I am a supplier quality engineer for Caterpillar in Illinois. Recently, I bought two Sparkos, a green one and a black one, on the morning of that first day I clipped the green one to the bottom cuff of an old pair of cargo shorts. A few hours later, it was gone, my wife, daughter, and I spent the rest of the day searching for it with no luck. At that point I was very disappointed, because I had been excited to get them and losing one on day one was not a good feeling.

The next morning, I found it in the road at my daughters bus stop.

It had been out there all night through heavy rain, face down on the concrete, and had been ran over multiple times. The surprising part was that it still worked perfectly, in fact the unit was still fully charged and completely water tight. However, the housing was damaged enough that I no longer trusted the battery safety, but the fact that the light still functioned perfectly after that kind of abuse honestly says a lot about how well it is built. Before I ordered I was skeptical about the pricing and thought it was a little high, but after seeing it survive this level of trauma, it makes sense now.

I contacted Scoutlite and explained everything. Before they even reached out, I saw an email notification of a shipment in the way, I checked and saw a new green Sparko and the magnetic stand add-on were on their way, shipping covered, free of charge. They did not argue with me, dodge the issue, or hide behind policy language. They then followed up in a response email to my request, took the time to explain what likely caused it, gave practical advice on the best way to wear it to prevent future issues.

A company really shows its character when something goes wrong, and even more so through customer service. Their product proved tougher than I expected, and their customer care was even better, this is the type of company that America was built upon, and this is the type of company I choose to support, and I believe you should too. Support the type of businesses you want to see and vote with your dollar.

Great product! Fantastic quality. Easy to use-love the magnetic clasp and it’s super bright when needed.

I find the clicking, double clicking, long hold button to be too confusing and complex. The first time I tried to use it at work, it got stuck on flashing red and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to stop. I followed the instructions thoroughly and still couldn’t get it to stop. Finally, I pulled up a YouTube on it, and got it back to white light but I’m not sure how I managed it and have a fear I will do it again and be stuck with flashing red again. It needs to be less complicated imho.

This light is really great! It’s bright but not too bright as to affect my patients while sleeping. The only thing I don’t like about it is the fact that the red light turns on first.
