We were unable to get an appointment for an Indian Visa in time for our holiday and was going to lose the holiday and funds. Marc Millar worked his magic and managed to get us one in just over a week without us having to attend the consulate. I can't rate them highly enough.

Extremely efficient and reliable. They sorted out what could have been a complicated into something that was completely hassle free. They always kept me well informed throughout the visa apication process right up until I received it and I had absolutely no problems when presenting my visa at my destination. I would definitely use them again and cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic service

Ross worked with me during an extreme time crunch (my BRP had only just arrived and I had to change a holiday from Spain to Italy as the Spanish consulate was closed) and helped me get a two year multi entry tourist visa - exactly what I wanted. He insisted on all the right documents, and unsurprisingly the man knew his stuff!

Grace at Scott's visa was an absolute star in guiding me through the whole process in getting a Schengen visa for Spain! She was swift in her responses to my emails and guided me in getting the correct paperwork. Her colleague Jaret met me at the visa centre and he too was efficient and enabled the whole process to conclude successfully ! They are an awesome team, and I most definitely will be using this organization again for my future travels.🙂👍

I have been trying to get help since Thursday, when I called I was told I will get response Tuesday due to bank holiday and than nothing on Tuesday so I called nobody answered than on Wednesday morning I called and I was told I will receive an information via email same day which didn't happen so I called again in the evening and than again I was told that the email will be sent immediately which never happened. My primary date of travel was 3 May however I just wanted to know how long should I Postpone it for and 2 different calls gave 2 different information. And nobody answers the email, the website advertises every day working.

Minder was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot fault the service at all! My passport arrived on the Monday and on the Thursday they were sending it back with a visa. They were on it the whole time and kept me updated with the process. Will definitely be using them in the future, I cannot recommend enough!

Rang yesterday morning and was told probably would be today before we get a call back!!. I run a business and would never tell our clients we will ring back today. Like so many companies they didn't ring back. What will their excuse be ... covid or illness, short staffed. 🤔 There is so much competition they obviously have so many customers they dont need other customers. Oh and another excuse they didn't get the message. I suggest you need to get rid of some of your staff.
