Tried to do the application online ourselves for a retirement visa for thailand but struggled so contacted Scott's visa services and they were very helpful especially robert who guided us through the process and did everything for us at a very reasonable price it was stress free and we had a decision in 9 days can't recommend them highly enough thank you again robert .

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt this one was absolutely necessary.

I was introduced to Scotts Visas just over two years ago and worked with Waseem Aslam. I can honestly say he has been one of the most helpful, attentive and genuinely supportive people I have dealt with.

From the very beginning, Waseem was clear, concise and incredibly generous with his advice. He took the time to explain my options properly, helped me understand the process, and always made me feel reassured and informed. The service has gone above and beyond, and it is very clear that they genuinely care about helping people find the right route forward.

The whole experience has been exceptional. I have recommended Scotts Visas to so many people already, and I am so glad I came across them. I couldn’t recommend Waseem and the team enough.

As an Australian resident, I had a particularly tricky challenge getting a visa for Congo Brazzaville when there isn't an embassy this side of the equator. Absolutely a brilliant service from start to finish !! The advice from Robert to our need was excellent. We were facing an uphill struggle with our visa to travel to Brazil for a upcoming family wedding . Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was taken care by Robert who was knowledgeable and dealt with the situation effortlessly and promptly, at the same time keeping us updated every day on the progress !
