Waseem helped me with my NL application and he was fantastic from beginning to end. Even before we had officially instructed him, he was helpful, super responsive and solution-oriented. Once instructed, it was immediately clear that I was in good hands. I felt bad emailing him with questions on a weekend but he didn't make me wait long at all for answers. Thanks to him, I finally got a Schengen visa appointment and was granted a visa in good time before our planned Netherlands trip. I started with a simple query on their email and even before I made any payment towards Scott’s Visa services, he helped with the minutest details that could guide me towards a fluid visa application process. I rang up in order to get advice about a US Visa and i have to say even though i didn't use the service as i had to get it really quickly - Minder was amazing and the customer service was expectational as they really took the time to advise me with every step, as well as listen and guide me with my concerns as i was in a panic - which i really appreciated

Im sure if i ever need their services in the future i won't hesitate to contact them and was say to anyone looking do use them as you won't be disappointed.
