Great pricing and excellent customer service by Rida Khan

Scott Energy4 you have best services and good staff like Alyana.

Was called by Ainna who managed to halve my electricity bill with not too much fuss at all for me. She was a pleasure to work with and I am happy to recommend this service.

As per a previous review, ScotEneRgy4U called saying they could get us better rates and buy us out of our contract. We are paying extortionate rates so explained we had just over a year left of our contract but it they could get us cheaper rates at no cost we'd give it a go.
They told our existing supplier we had ceased trading and had moved address. When I queried this they said it was a "white lie" they told to get people out of contracts.
I told them to stop as we were not going to lie.
They have tried to change our contract with 3 separate requests and today we have had a consultant visit us to confirm we are still trading as the supposed new owner said he was running his business here in Wales from Scotland.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!

Had an amazing experience dealing with them. Good customer service. Alizey went beyond and above to help me out in getting best deal for both of my businesses. Highly recommended.

Cold calling me out of nowhere, don't know my name or any details, and insist on extracting my information. Not sure if they do any legit business, it sounds like a scam. Also tried to get their company address / postcode but was given different postcode when I said that doesn't exist

Very rude callers. Called me a few times and despite telling that I'm not interested the person insisted on me to listen to the "offer", also saying "why you are not listening to me?!". The caller also kept asking me for my details, my current supplier etc, saying that I need to disclose that information and asking why I don't want to get allegedly "better deal". Calling me not knowing my name, my company name or anything. If the rest of the company is the same I would avoid it at all cost.

I would highly recommend Scotenergy4u.
The service was smooth the staff were very professional and freindly specially Zara Mustafa.

This company called me asking if I wanted their help moving my energey supplier. I explained that we are in a contract until 2026. They responded with it would not be a problem. They were very pursuasive.

A few weeks later, I received a letter from current supplier explaining that they have blocked the request to move suppliers (which I expected).

I then receive a call from Scotenergy4u and was told that if my supplier called me that I should tell them that I have moved premises. I explained the the lady that I could not do that as it is fraud to which she responded that it would be ok.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD!
