Thank you for your review, Andrew. We are sorry you felt unsupported and understand how concerning it is when you believe an order has not arrived. We have checked your order placed on 17 October and can confirm it was dispatched on 21 October using Economy Delivery. Royal Mail shows the parcel as delivered on 27 October with a photograph taken by the delivery driver and a delivery note left at the property.

I didn't really get the service I…
I didn't really get the service I thought I was going to get for paying a lot of money for my sons school trousers. I couldn't get hold of support and it took ages, when I did, staff that dealt with my query were vague and not very forthcoming. I also only got partial refund for my order when I sent the whole order back, first class posted for exchange of items. A little dissapointed if im honest schoolwear united.

Delicery no the ɓecbɓ
The trousers seem ok, but they were delivered to the recycling box, there was no notice of delivery emailed or posted through the door it wasnt untill i was putting the recycling out that I found them. Thankfully they werent wet from the rain.

Wrong product and poor customer service
You sent the wrong product and seem to think my time, your time and the cost of postage to return a £5.50 product is worth doing instead of sending me the right product. And despite contacting you about sending me the correct product you have gone silent.

5* service but 2* quality
Easy to order and quick delivery so 5* for service itself. Product quality not so great. The white shirts are totally see through. Doesn't matter much for winter, with a jumper on, but my daughter cannot wear them in summer as they're totally indecent! Washed ok and easy and quick to iron (and yes they need ironing, they do wrinkle). They seem to be made ok. Just sad they are so thin.

Poor communication
I placed an order on the 14th of Oct, it is the 4th of Nov and i have not received my order. the royal mail tracking only says the seller has dispatched your parcel. I have sent numerous emails to follow up on my order and received one reply saying if i did not receive my order by the 28th of Oct. It is the 4th of Nov and i still haven't received my order or any communication.
