Come on guys you need to do better than this. Your support is an AI chatbot, that's completely useless. No online support whatsoever. Long wait times. Cut off.
Bought 2 items, one was the incorrect order (this seems common). You have to send back at your own cost (5.25) and beg for a refund, then chase many times to get the actual item you ordered.
Save yourself the hassle.

Too tight in the hips for sturdy
Delivery and time taken was ok after initially not getting the website to work. The trousers feel good quality but sadly for sturdy trousers the waist size is good but far too small in the hips and upper thighs which should also be bigger for a sturdy size

Perfect sport mouthguard!
I ordered an adult sport mouthguard for my son and can highly recommend this product. We followed the instructions and after putting the mouth guard in hot water, we managed to get the perfect fit. Good price and good quality!

Really pleased with the school trousers…
Really pleased with the school trousers for my 5 year old. We couldn’t find any that would fit properly - these are great as the stretchy waistline gives him lots of flexibility.

Thank you for your review, Khaibar. We are sorry for the concern caused while waiting for your order. We were closed for the Christmas period from 16 December until 1 January, which was communicated on our website and in the order confirmation email.
We have checked your order and can confirm it was dispatched using the quickest delivery option once we reopened. Royal Mail shows it was delivered on 3 January to the highest point of the property. The parcel arrived before schools reopened and within the delivery timeframe shown on the product page.
