I paid 14.99 delivery at time of…hidden charges
I paid 14.99 delivery at time of purchase and my goods could not be delivered until I paid a further customs charge of 15 euro. Needless to say I won't be buying from your site again.

Hi Maggie, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed. The £14.99 we charged was for the delivery charge. However, the customs fees are set by your local government and not ourselves so they are not avoidable unfortunately.

Their fragrance oils are so nice, very true to likeness and the scent lasts ages. Absolutely fantastic service, delivery was really quick. I will be ordering again!!!!!!

Just started making wax melts I needed something to take away smells as my husband has a medical condition with incontinence problems and constant infections
Been looking around for something that’s strong in smells and the fragrance, oil work well
