Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.
I have been waiting for weeks to be listed on the salon finder, with no clear communication or updates. It is also concerning that customers are able to purchase products at prices lower than professionals. I have reached out for clarification but have received 2 responses foe over month that are not clear .This lack of transparency and communication is very disappointing.

Lovely friendly educator. Nice salon I just felt like we need more information about the training on leads up to date. I never heard anything from November. Also would be better to be shown how to do the brow sculpt step by step instead of video as I don’t feel as confident as I could’ve if I had been shown instead of video.

A wonderful idea...but!
A wonderful idea. However, an item that comes without full instructions included in the package and no hint that you must contact customer service for a web address which will thenexplain to you the somewhat unusual method of use - that item is not really fully fit for purpose. I wondered what the tiny bit of string on the pencil was about and, finding no explanation, cut it off because I thought it was a bit of packaging. After contacting customer service to ask how to make further lead emerge from the pencil, I am given a website address etc. explaining what the bits of string were for. I am now stuck with a useless pen. No replacement offered.

Customer service great
Customer service great - purchased eyebrow palette. I have had these palettes quite regularly would be good if they done a separate wax as I always run out long before the brow powder does.

Shopping online is really easy
Shopping online is really easy & I was able to view my order to see how it progressed. Once out for delivery I received Royal Mail tracking notification emails, so I knew when to expect delivery. As you had a great offer with discounted prices I stocked up on your great brow conditioner, which is so good - would definitely recommend. I also purchased two brow colour fixes to try as I have not used these before. I purchased them in bombshell & foxy, both colours are as shown on the website & are really easy to use with a creamy texture & create different looks which I really like. Love the HD Brow range for its quality & competitive pricing especially when they have great offers/discounts.

Don’t bother buying this. Waste of money.
I bought the eyebrow pencil and sharpener set and it was biggest £40 of wasted money I have ever spent. I have no idea how you sharpen the pencil on a flat surface. The pencil came with a broken tip. So disappointing from what should be a market leading makeup company for brows.

When using the Pro Super Shaper, be sure to hold the pencil flat and at a 45-degree angle. Glide it gently along the blade to achieve a fine edge. Then, flip the pencil and repeat the process on the other side. This technique will help ensure the pencil is sharpened properly and prevent any breakage.
A helpful tip: storing your pencil in the fridge before sharpening can make the sharpening process easier and reduce the risk of the tip breaking.
Also, the pencil comes with a round flat end that has a small amount of the lead exposed. This is not broken—it's simply the end of the lead, ready to be sharpened to your desired point.
If you're unsure of the sharpening process or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Team at 01132247999. They’re happy to assist you further.
It’s worth noting that when first using a pencil like this, it may take a bit of practice. But once you’ve mastered it, you’ll be able to create beautiful, fine hair strokes with ease and will surely love the results!

I saw on your website that you offer…
I saw on your website that you offer your clients a "regrowth program" if they don't have enough hair or have sparse hair. I contacted your colleague via email, asking if there was training for that type of program, since many of my clients have damaged eyebrows. He told me that yes, that program is in our HD conversion training course. I immediately bought the program because I trusted your colleague. I finished the training, there was no mention of a hair growth program!!! I feel cheated and disappointed. I was planning to come to England to do a 1:1 training with you, but after this I'm not sure I would do it.

We’d like to clarify that the topic of a regrowth plan is covered within our training. This was explained during your telephone conversation with our Sales and Service agent prior to your purchase. The regrowth plan is not a separate training programme, but rather a topic included within our HD Brows training—delivered through both online learning and our detailed training manual.
Specifically, you can find information on brow regrowth and how to support clients with sparse or damaged brows on pages 46–47 of the manual. This guidance is designed to help you recommend tailored regrowth advice as part of your brow service.
