Good company.

First order was great. Took 4 days from ordering to receive. Good packaging and good communication via texts.
Made another order a couple of days later and received the same good service.
Will be my go to for fragrance oils.
Lovely scents.

Wrong wax sent, won't rectify. Rude customer service

I purchased a bag of ecosoya PB and a bag of ecococo PB from this store with delivery to Spain. Instead, I was sent two random bags of pillar blend with no label on. I was concerned that they cannot be sure what wax was sent to me, as the order was incorrect and not labelled. The customer service rep said she 'thinks' it's soy, then changed her mind and said she's sure it's soy, after I said I need to be sure. I asked for a replacement order, as I do really need to be sure which wax I'm using. Even stating that I am happy to pay customs charges again, I just want what I ordered. After some reluctance and a little saltiness from the customer service rep, they agreed to send me the order again. So, I waited for the replacement order and paid customs charges yet again. After all this I still was not sent a replacement order, just one bag of ecococo. When I told the team that they have yet again sent me the wrong order, they said they didn't agree to re-send my order. So, as a result I paid customs feed twice for some random bags of wax that could be paraffin. There are so many reputable retailers that sell Kerax, I would not trust this brand. I am considering reporting this incident to Kerax. What a waste of time!

We are sorry you experienced an issue with your order. We unfortunately made a mistake and accidentally sent you 2 bags of the same wax. As they were labelled (as per the image you sent to us) we knew exactly what we had done and so we rectified the issue immediately by sending the correct 2nd bag of wax out. We also offered for you to keep the original incorrect wax for the inconvenience and you were happy with this.

Unfortunately after delivery you emailed to say you were not happy again as you were expecting more free bags of wax as well as the replacement and this was not offered nor discussed via our email conversation. We informed you that the wax was 100% EcoSoya Pillar Blend and that mistakes can sometimes happen.

We rectified it professionally and efficiently but unfortunately this still did not make you happy. We wish you all the best with your candle making :)

Sweet aroma for my diffuser. Love it.

Bought this oil for my diffuser. It smells so good. Sweet aroma everytime I enter my room. Love it. Will buy more in future.

Super happy customer

Ordered moulds from these guys last week, they were dispatched and delivered very quickly and they are fab quality. I'll definitely be using them again and for other products too.
