LEWIS Access  Recensioni

The delivery was scheduled for a convenient time. All the tower bits as described. I haven't tried to erect it yet, however I see the tower is a professional one, as those I've been using at work for years. I'm a PASMA ticket holder and familiar with different types and makes of such equipment. Lewis Access tower properly made, all the joints, locks etc look reliable.

Very clear website to navigate. Good communications about delivery ( we had a delay of one day but the company ensured we were kept informed). Very polite follow up call to ensure that the delivery was handled well and no issues.

a lovely chatty man delivered scafford and very helpful in the unloading

The website was straightforward to use.Delivery came as expected with the a very helpful driver.Above all the scaffold tower fits like a dream. 1st class all round😊.

Good quality product delivered ontime I forsee years of use from this, so much more convienient than hiring

A very good experience all round … easy to use web site … good communications and updates (due to weather conditions).

The mobile scaffold (LEWIS 250 Tower -1.8m x Single Width x 10.2m Platform Height is absolutely first class well build easy to use with excellent instructions and advice available from the web site and manuals.

If I need a second scaffold or extra bits I will have no hesitation in ordering again well done everyone 5stars.

We have been using Lewis Scaffolding for a few years now.

Towers are well made, suitable for commercial use and at a fair price.

Turn-around is good and the yard staff are always helpful.

The transaction was straightforward and pleasant, making the process hassle-free, and the delivery to the site was completed seamlessly.

Lewis Access are a great company to work with. I recently ordered a tower and realised I had selected the wrong size, which meant I needed to order additional parts.

Their team was extremely helpful and responded quickly with clear pricing and guidance on exactly which parts were required. The process was straightforward and efficient from start to finish.

I’ll definitely use Lewis Access again and would happily recommend them.

From the start I had an approximate delivery date and my order was delivered within 24hrs of the date given.
The delivery driver was very helpful and explained if I needed any extra parts just call. He helped put the scaffold where I wanted. An asset to the company

Great service! Best prices!

Sales team was really helpful with all components required including spares and safe brace. Such a quick turnaround including fast delivery from their depot near Catford. Highly recommended

We are a Vintage Bus group who Paint buses as well as restoring the bodywork. We have bought two Scaffold Towers and two podium steps from Lewis Scaffold Towers, in recent years.

The product is superb and well built, supported by great back up and sale of spares.

Truthfully, nothing has actually broken in the last 10 years, we’ve just added to our system as our needs have developed.

Brilliant.

Great Service
The team were communicative about deals and offers and kept in touch about new products. Speedy shipping as well.

Slight delay but good customer service.
We were expecting to receive the product on Monday, and without notice the delivery date suddenly moved to Tuesday, which should be improved. Also, a set of parts was missing at delivery which wasn't communicated before. More proactive correspondence would be beneficial, although good reactivity. And the product works well.

Bought some add-on components for an existing scaffold tower and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team were easy to deal with on the phone and clearly knew the products.

The delivery driver rang the day before to let me know he was running slightly late, then called again about 30 minutes before arrival, which was really helpful. Everything arrived as expected.

The tower components themselves are excellent quality – they click together easily, feel very sturdy, and inspire confidence once assembled. Overall a very professional, well-run company with a good product and good communication.

We needed a Tower over the festive hoildays & we could not praise the company enough they helped us out & went the extra mile, they opened their warehouse for to collect.
Big Big Thanks to Demi & the team

Very simple to deal with, nice and easy transaction, delivered to site with a issue.

Very good service and help.

Good solid aluminum work tower. I have a victorian home with a chimney height of over 12m. I priced hiring scaffold/tower but decided to buy a tower and after a few uses for pointing and gutter work it will work out the same as hiring a few times. Stores to a reasonable size in the garage. Delivery was late due to snow but I was kept informed so can't really complain. 5 star.
